yes nandini aka nidhi uttam has played the role of kasturi in serial kasturi for the first epi
later shubhagi atre played the role

Praneeta Sahu was the original choice to play the lead role Kasturi but she was dropped from the show then Nidhi Uttam was finalized for the role who was later on replaced by another actress Shristi Desmukh who opted out of the role & Shubhangi Atre bagged the lead role.
