m using 7

in tool bar dere would b option of paint bucket tool n then select the colour u want 2 fill in ur background n then fill it

then there must b grandient tool. click n hold on it 4 2-3 sec. there will be 2 option which will appear.

one would b gradient tool n other would b paint bucket
