I am not very new to this forum though I rarely write anything. I just love to read the viewers' comments. Some of the comments are very matured and I enjoy reading them.

Now coming to the thread, there is lot of difference between Gayatri and Rajshri. Rajashri had a better environment to live (after marriage ofcourse) where her mother-in-law is full of fun and easy going and Vish is the head of the family business. Dadi knew the importance of love and she might not have interfered in Rajashri's personal love life (though we saw some dadi's involvment in kaka-kaki's problem recently). Dadi must be the head in grihisthiwhenRajashr got married and as dadi became old, Rajashri became the head in grihisthi (though she asks dadi's opinion). So she did not get any such serious problems at her sasural. Hence, she does not feel that much insecured when Shourya and Varsha go together. She didnt stop them when they went to honey moon. She looks like a satifsfied woman. So does not want to trouble any one.

Gayatri on the other hand, did not have mother in law. Bhabhi-ma must be just 8-10 years elder than her (may not be that much also). It is very difficult for Gayatri to be the head in the grihisthi matters because when bhabhi ma becomes old, Gayatri also becomes old 😊And her husband is no less than Lakshman.He though is very nice, does not utter a single word in front of his hitler brother.So her total attention went to Naitik, her first child. She does not have anything else other than taking care of him and thinking of him.Now when Akshara has come to Naitik's life and when she sees the things changing, it is as if a total life change for Gayatri. So it is the immature jealousy what Gayatri has with Akshara. It will not vanish however Akshara tries to be nice with her.

I am not defending Gayatri. But her behavior is a mirror for any dis-satisfied woman. Not only Gayatri, if girls like Akshara are also treated like this in sasural - not allowed to stay in maika, not allowed to go with husband, not allowed to see movie, always be in tent, always make achar & papad, not allowed to continue her studies, immersed with riti-rivaz, then she will also turn up to be one more dissatisfied woman.

So, I feel it would be better if creatives try to convey this message that, freedom is needed for any individual irrespective of gender. Then only, he/she can grow up to be a matured person. It is true that ladies need to be little more careful than men. They can not wander at nights, they have to follow some rules. Beinga daughter, I know this limitation. I dont deny that. But, having a beautiful concept like marriage and the importance of that relation (specially in countries like India), creatives should take steps to show how Akshara manages to get time for her love and her interests amidst grihisthi.

but most of them are like gayatri

they do understand the expressions of their bahu but are dead towards any affection
