no di rituraj cannot marry nandini because in one of the episodes when rashmi-nandini was checking the guestlist.....nandini address rituraj as babloo bhaiya she was the one who told gayatri and bhabhi maa that naitik may not like rituraj presence....so she address rituraj as babloo bhaiya...so i don't think there will be any love angle between rituraj and nandini....

the reason i'm guessing tht they will be hooked is that if Rituraj is here to stay then he'll have to be related to someone or the other in Naitik's family...Of course he can't stay in their house forever ..
