a year and half back such dresses were common..they were in fashion but not now..they were called "anarkali suits" but now the fashion has changed a bit..nowdays tunics and short anarkalis r in..the long ones r out..completely !

Yeh but thing is that here in England the fashions are different to the fashions in India. As far as I konw the long ones are still in over here!

i personally love long anarkalis but u have to have a good height to carry it off...n then the fashion here in India changes very soon..so long ones r out but i still like them..but it's not necessary that Akshara wears only them ! she can change her style once in a while..like the green and red suit which wore on 9th march ..when Naitik came to see her for the first time..
