The last week episodes have been consistently good, in terms of story-telling, performances, sets, costumes, dialouges!
The Holi episode aired yesterday was fantastic...all the customs and traditions shown in great detail and the song was picturized beautifully! Shankari Tai getting drunk on Bhang was hilarious!
Shaurya and Varsha share an incredible chemistry and do look very adorable together! All their scenes this week have been very romantic and heart-warming!
Same goes for Vishambhar and Rajshri...their love and chemistry sparkles on screen! (Rajshri might be the most annoying mother on Earth, but she sure is a lovely wife!)
Even the small scene between Omi and Sunaina Kaki was done very well...the distance between them contrasted very well with the closeness shared by Vish and Rajshri.
But the scene stealer of the whole week has been none other than Dadi! Be it telling her grand-daughter in-law to not bother covering her head, or sending her off to college or defying useless social norms, she has been the most modern, most updated and most lovable character in YRKKH till now!
The relationship equation shown this week has been a vast improvement from the nonsense that was churning out before...be it Dadi's closeness with Akshara or be it Akshara and Varsha's friendship....everything was portrayed with a lot of beauty and came out very well on screen!
The performances have all been great...Hina Khan looking much better, now that she wasn't crying so much...Ather and Pooja were apt in their parts and showed so much comfort in all the romantic scenes...all the senior actors were good too, especially Dadi and Shankari Tai!
With Naitik entering today, the scene should be set for the story to move forward solidly now! I just hope they don't lapse into the melodrama that happened a few days before and keep the story, simple and staightforward!
