I'm not getting this thought process currently being shown in this show. The reasoning given for the marriage not happening is the most archaic thing possible.

well i wanna share shmething with u as i know its very disturbing........... its my personal think............ in my family my mom allways says that being friends with guy is ok but its more then that then tis not ok...... but at the same time my cousine is in luv with someone before marriage and when my mom came to knw about this she told me that her parents should understand and let her marry the guy she likes............... but i am so confuse........... on one side she says that if i got involved with a guy then whole my family members will beat me up and on the other hand she tells me atht my mama should understand her dauthers feels and let her marry the guy...... so what sould i do ... to understand my parents............. currently i am not involve with any guy and i know that i have to do arrenge marrieage so i am prepare taht my parents will find a guy for me but ia m still confuse which side of my family should i see....

I think some parents have a problem if their children are casually having an affair..if they are serious about it and they really wanna get married and if the match is good, then they have no objection to it..
