I sometimes find this serial too much backward...like it is timed 50-50 years back! What can be the reason for disagreement to Shaurya Varsha marriage? First of all they are passing a wrong message to the society by showing things like ladies talking to each other "Jis ladki ka rishta ladke wale thukra dete hain, uski phit kabhi shadi nahi hoti" i mean how ridiculous is that? this is like degrading a woman! A girl has no say whether or not she wants to get married? a boy who has come to see her can reject her or accept her , in both cases, girl's wish is ignored..and if she is rejected by the boy then there must be some fault with the girl only!!!! I hate this thinking n i didn't liked that part of the serial..................
and this stupidest of all shankari tayi keeps on saying "ladkiyon ko college nahi bhejo" what bullshit ! don't they have the right to education? stepping out of the house means that girl will have affairs with boys?
Now again they are creating a similar situation where Varsha is rejected by Shaurya's family just because they love each other!
Are they trying to say that only arranged marriage is acceptable to the society & love marriage is a westernized concept? wake up people, India has gone far ahead! Charu
