To me, it is Whats in a name!

I have taken my husband's name post marriage - but not as a ritual. More for practical reasons. In where I come from, there is no surname - but just tag dad's initial or husband's. Post marriage, when I started travelling outside India, my name on air tickets (and other documents) would be Mrs.<dad's name> - I found that weird and changed my name!

If the above answer is not fulfilling and I am forced at gun point to give a direct answer, I would let her have Sinha in the name - just for the romance of it!

I know many wont agree but I totally like changing the surname after marriage 😆

So Anushka Sinha 😃

Besides here, Reddy would remind me everytime of KK 🥱

Dont want her to keep any part of Reddys!

I am going with Anushka Reddy even though I am taking off the thrill of referring to her as Mrs Sinha something we have all been desperately waiting for. I would also like that in her case because of how much I love the Sinhas and you know how desperately I am in love with Siddhanth Sinha.

But if I am totally objective and dispassionate I am against the whole ritual of changing the name as one's name is one's identity, even in the show Siddhanth keeps reminding us that he is Siddhant Sinha and recently Siddhant Prabhakar Sinha lol. Anushka's identity ever since she was born has been Anushka Reddy. Every woman should have the right to conserve her identity Imagibe had her mother not been a Punjabi and she had been a pure telugu Reddy. That is her identity. Imagine had she got married to a Kashmiri, a completely different culture, it would not gel with her looks, her mannerisms, her cultural identity, the cabbage poriyal🤣 and so on.

Hence I choose Anushka Reddy. She also said this in front of her family when they freaked out about Sid's salary if he resigned from Reddy Corp.

Damn Prriyam I should have given that option. Did think of then changed my mind, in fact my fourth option was What's in a name. Hahahaha. Weirding me out!!!
