My thoughts too... I think Siddhant has forgotten about the Heera case...
Anyways another thought.. he wiped all evidences of his entry into Hera's apartment but admitted he went to Heera's apartment to KK. As a lawyer wouldn't he know that the evidence of him entering the room, will put him in the suspect's list..
I think KK would not state directly that Siddhant had a hand in Heera's murder but he might state that Siddhant had an affair with Heera. After all there is evidence of them meeting frequently. All KK needs is to ensure Anuskha doesn't marry Siddhant and stays away from the Sinhas.
