Padma,. Just realised the tune played when anu entered Sinha house is not mangalyam .- the traditional wedding prayer and promise

It's sarvamangala mangalye.. prayer for the goddess

Just rewatched with Mom...

She is telling that Anushka entry in Sinha house BGM was Mahamrityunjaya jaap.

Tabhi toh it sounded so familiar to me!

Its a mantra that's recited for protection and safety. Gayatri was doing the jaap for Sid's protection I guess.

It is very powerful and pious Lord Shiva mantra. And my favourite too!

Om trayambakam yajamahey

Sugandi pushti vardanam

Purva rukmi vavandana

Mrityu mokshi yamamrataam 😳

It was so apt!!!!
