I think this person is from the past related to Prabhakar and KK with clash in ideologies!
KK was not capitalist but turned out to be one due to circumstances! Social class differences. KK must have had humble beginnings...his marriage to Neeta is of love..she may have been rich..He always makes fun of her of u notice-
To me it feels like he is laughing at the rich! He might have been ridiculed at some point. Hence his ambition to become rich and powerful.
Siddhant and Sweetiji conversation in the balcony when Siddhant says , I want to ask my dad..why he dropped me on the scooter when the other kids came in Mercedes. His school friends also laughed at him , ridiculed him..he feels betrayed by Anu when she did not invite him to the party. Class differences again.

My theory-
The murderer may be from the past! We can expect it to be somebody who is higher in class, superiority complex, basically opposite of PS! Maybe even different religious orientation!
( eg. Like in the olden days a Brahmin would mock a Shudra).
