Destination vs the route
that scene of Prabhakar and KK was soo poignant, for once they both talked and shared their views regarding the deal and other things ... which they both wanted to talk,.. scene was done quite well with reddy office as backdrop ...
Prabhakar says for business we do everything from saam dham dhund bhed ,,, but in life a time comes when we feel that we shouldn't cross the line ..
he also mentions something called "buniyaadi fark" which we can call as the difference in the premise/base ... as Prabhakar rightly said ...KK's focus is more on the destination , he wants to win by hook or crook ...while Prabhakar wants to do it right, without crossing the line, he doesn't want to tread on a path for which his conscience doesn't agree... two friends, two different ideologies, but something between them strikes...
Prabhakar's fears are based on the same for Sid, he is like KK, his focus is on destination , he wants to be winner, no wonder he was against Sid joining Reddy's ... we have seen in the drug case, he took drug and risked his life, the path he chose is wrong, but he was the winner so was he when he exposed Heera Sanyal and Goyal's deal, he blackmailed the income tax officer ... but he got what he wanted .. that's the ideological difference between Prabhakar and Sid . Prabhakar and KK ..but when it comes to Sid, Prabhakar says another thing, superficially he might be like KK, who wants to be a winner, but from within he is like Prabhakar , because of which Sid may not be able to go a long way with KK, how true is that

Prabhakar used a word "ehsaan" while KK used "friendship", when KK counters Prabhakar as how did he stand by KK for so many years ... Prabhakar was being loyal to a friend who helped him when no one else was there ... this I felt hurt KK, he is in disbelief that his friend, was working here for the favors bestowed on him ages ago, he said if that's how Prabhakar felt all these years, he better resign and leave, a friend's hurt was witnessed there,, he says , Reddy corporation is as much Prabhakar's as is KK's and he will not bid for the airline deal... Prabhakar is glad for that ,,, but KK further questions him why he is dead against this deal
THE CRUX , Prabhakar says what he has been saying all the while... that he still feels there is a sabotage behind the accident , Prabhakar states a very poignant line, the difference between businessman and a criminal is "manshaa" the "intent" ... he adds how he is close to cracking down the criminals ... KK is amused and says he should be "sherlock holmes " KK tells Prabhakar that the police should investigate it leave it to them and we are businessmen ... Prabhakar says about how they are part of it now and it's their social and moral responsibility as well and if they can track down a criminal why leave them ,,. KK says he is with Prabhakar and they both hug ... the two friends bet on who Sid is like , both say he's like them !!
KK wants Prabhakar to read the manuscript for his book ...and it's confidential, secret ... wonder whats in the book...
So, after watching the episode I felt it gave a much more understanding of these two characters , it was much needed talk for them ...
We are thinking KK will harm Prabhakar...if all KK wanted was to get airlines deal he would have agreed to Goyal's proposal in the very first episode, but he rejected because he insulted Prabhakar ... I felt that was a much stronger statement what Prabhakar means to KK ...
Even when Prabhakar met with accident, it was KK who felt it was a deliberate attempt to attack Prabhakar and not a mere accident .,, it showed his concern as a friend .
In our normal human thinking, a multi billionaire businessman cannot be normal as in we tend him to see has a monstrous evil person behind the mask of businessman ,. because with more success in the business the saam dhaam dhund bhed will be all used up and they may trend on path of crime ... but for once I feel, hope and want KK to be just an acute sheer shrewd businessman and not a criminal ... his intent was shown many times ,.. he learnt few words of mandarin for 2 months to trap a chinese client ... it's smart business ...his focus was on destination ,..he wants to be winner ,.. but his intent is evil... i don't want to believe ...
but on the contrary ... as per our tv soap knowledge, KK might be bad guy who wants to keep Prabhakar close to keep and eye on him .. but at the same time we cannot ignore many things including how he cancelled Goyal's deal for insulting Prabhakar...

Heera Sanyal angle plays a crucial role in Prabhakar's accident/attack etc ...as Prabhakar comes closer to the criminal,,. the more endangered his life is !!
