But either way KK only looks out for his well being. Like his friendship with Prabhakar seemed to be in his favour so he maintained it. He knew how to get work out of people.

KK is shrewd businessman...he knows to whom he need to be befriend...how to use their emotions...that lesson he taught is son,Karthik to use...Karthik not KK and Sid isnot Prabhakar...even though Sidhant is valuable for KK Corp...its lots of thing to be marriage alliance ...KK is fine with their friendship not sure abt their love relationship...
