That's the problem with tv siblings. I think 90% times on soaps leads and their siblings fall for each other's. Way to save money on cast.
But, one member mentioned unless Kartik Purva is shown as a pair there will be no relevance of their love story to the main plot.

No relevance directly but they'd be family. How Srikanth and Riddhi are. There are a million ways to include characters in sub plots apart from pairing them up :/

Riddhi's purpose is to figure out Anushka-Siddhant relationship. She will be the first one from Reddys.

1. She was conscpicuous by her absence at Prabhakar's funeral and then the book launch.

2. Some random comments by Ridhi-

To Anu- Tumhare bhai hamare hat nahin aate.

To Sid- Abhi tumhari Umar hi kya hai? hum shadi karke phas gaye- even though it was funny at that time.

4. Not sharing drug case with Ridhi..she indirectly finds out.

5. Married for 7 years or more no kids..

6. Kartik's comment to Shri when they r ready for the party after winning the drug case- Kiska intezaar hai? Koi naya shikaar dhoond raha ho kya?

7. Shri is clumsy by nature, unable to even button up the shirts properly, fumbles often.. yet he is power hungry!

It's all Sid -Anu cuteness today.
Sid buys mom a phone and she is happy but asks why he bought that. Sid says father's phone has some office info so he needs that.
At work he absent mindedly comes to Anu's cabin and then Anushka comes and asks what he needs. He is hesitant but she pursues so he tells about dads phone. She says death was natural so he should not worry about this and concentrate on work. Sid leaving and Kartik comes screaming at him for not telling about the deal. Sid shocks him by apologizing. Such a funny scene to see that polite and apologetic with Kartik. Anu comes out and calms Kartik down. At his cabin Sid tells Sweety he said sorry to Kartik and Sweety is also shocked. At night Sid working at home and sees Anushka signature on a paper. He gets romantic I guess and texts a sher to Anu. She was thinking about him and wondering if this is just Friendship or more then she controls her thoughts. She calls Sid to tell her the meaning of the text but she actually found out from google. This was an excuse to talk to him. He makes her understand. They say goodnight to each other.
Next morning Sid on phone with a South Indian person and the guy appreciates Sid's talent and then tell something in Tamil I guess to Sid. He doesn't understand and asks Anushka. Anushka is surprised by the line but says she doesn't understand. Cute banter and flashback about language. Sid asks who should I ask the meaning and she replies she doesn't know that either. Kk calls Sid and wants to meet him. End
