Hi everyone 😃

New on the forum, finally Caught up on the episodes of this week !

I am just loving the Sinhas, Prabhakar Sinha and Gayathri Sinha. Such a lovely couple, so much love for their son in their own ways.

Not sure if this scene was discussed - Just loved the scene where Siddhant takes blessings from his father while leaving for the important case. The slight pause he took before leaving, genuinely wanted his dad's blessings.he knew what he was going go be doing in the court (taking the drugs). Seemed like what if he never came back kinds.. Dad is surprised at the gesture and he reciprocates and brings him Mahadev's prasad. The mom behind is so happy seeing the dad and son bond. That small scene between the Sinhas was so heartwarming and that made me make the post here today !😳

The oil massage scene between Prabhakar and Gayathri again was so heartwarming. The way he tried to explain to her his ways and she understood that as always her husband was right and he in his own way loved their son and always had his best interest.

Prabhakar has his own rules that he wants his son to follow but he doesn't taunt his son day in and day out. Allows him to make his own path and he is very confident that his son will not go astray, confident of his upbringing. Son and Father are not friends, there is distance yet loads of love in their relationship. Siddant like any son seeks his dad's approval, is unhappy that his dad doesn't seem he is ready for the Reddy's but at the same time he isn't angry with that decision.
The actors playing the Dad And Mom Are Really Good 👍🏼

Hey welcome 🤗
Yep i like the sinhas too specially the scene where sid takes prabhakar's blessing and he gives him prasad. I do though dont like the way prabhakar treats sid sometimes; i know he wants him to succed but sometimes a word of praise or affection would be great. He's just working all the time.

Hello Dixie! 😳
Yup, Sinhas are an adorable and a real bunch of people. Prabhakar knows he's reserved and can't reach out to his son in a louder manner. But he loves him a lot. And not just pamper Waala love but actual love as a parent. A hard coat with a soft soul!
And he wants him to succeed and that too in a right, principled way cause its the satisfaction that matters in the end.

Mr & Mrs. Sinha are a lovely couple and I hope the newer to be versions of them are equally lovable!

The senior Sinhas are such salt of the earth people, really liked them. The actors playing the roles are heavy weight performers. Anurag Arora (Prabhakar) has done mainstream and off beat cinema ( https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/tv/news/hindi/anurag-arora-to-make-tv-debut-yeh-pyaar-nahi-hai-toh-kya-hai/articleshow/63080296.cms ) and Alka Ameen (Gayatri Sinha) was well known even during Doordarshan and telefilm days in early 90s.

Their conversations and understanding, as well as the little things in their lifestyle shown so far - food habits, ethics - seem different from the usual TV tropes of either too much sanskaar or too richie rich.

And quoting Dushyant Kumar's poetry (Gulmohar ke taley - http://gustakhimaaf.com/classical-sher-shayari/dushyant-kumar/18931) in the father son conversation was a big plus. Hope writers keep up the good work.

I really like the warmth Prabhakar gives .Mostly these Aadarshwadi characters are too stereotyped to be real but the Actor Prabhakar brings such homely feel to him that one instantly connects .

The oil massage scene has been one of my fav .
The poetic connection between Father and Son is one poignant one .

Yup I agree...thanks for this wonderful post and highlighting this aspect ...I like to add abt Sid scenes with his sister ...I find them quite natural ...no over dramatic bhai bahen ka pyaar ...on the contrary...Radies don't share that bonding ...specially KK don't have the close bonding with his wife ...

Yeahh! The sinhas are too close knit a family. Maybe it won't seem so on the surface but inside they're all of this old school mentality - "Ek dusre ke liye jaan bhi de denge"😉
I love each of the Sinhas! Be it the calm and composed Papa sinha or the sweet and simple Mommy sinha. The swagster Siddhant Sinha and the bubbly Apoorva Sinha! A great family. 🤗

Nice post!

This was such a well executed, understated scene - the likes of which we rarely see on TV , particularly when the couple involved are not the leads!!

Prabhakar stops the oil massage, sits next to his wife and then patiently explains his POV while holding her hand. The discussion about their son required their collective undivided attention and that's what the scene bought forth with all these small nuances. Once the conversation was complete to their hearts content, the massage continued😃 It was a well written scene, elevated by the actors⭐️

The Sinhas are brilliant, true. Their characterisation is spot on. For once, I like the fact that the Mom isn't too emotional. She loves her son, she expresses it also. But doesn't go bonkers and the typical Indian TV Ma types. Lol. I love the massage scene.
