EEEEEEEEEEEEEEKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK it is! 😡Very disappointing! Abeer is behaving like a 17 yr old boy! Yuk! Me didn't like the epi at all! Too much drama for my taste. I really hope they get the TRPs they are hoping for, otherwise, am not gonna forgive the CVs for throwing this nonsense at us! 😡
But yes, GK's acting was fab... Have heard that playing drunk is one of the hardest emotions to get right, and GK can be proud of himself. Has he played a drunk before? Quite convincing his act was!👏
Yami was good too. Her tears, her dialogue... she was good.👏...but her wig has to disappear asap! 😡In the shots from behidn, it looks really odd and fake!
I really like using the 'Jaa re hat' song as a prelude... it is such a fast-paced and really emotional song, as in brimming with love and naughtiness which is what I guess Holi is about... Dulari and Baanke danced very well. We should ask Bittan to pass on our appreciation to them also😃
How is Leher supposed to din some sense into Abeer? He doesn't understand when he is sober. He will get it when he is drunk? Gawdddddddddd... I hate such dramatics!
One thing that is bothering me is how they are showing Abeer doing all the things his family says he shouldn't, after Leher has come into his life. He ate egg, and now he has had alcohol. Soon they will show Abeer eating chicken or whatever. This is precisely what so-called upper castes use to put down lower castes-that they eat meat and drink alcohol and therefore should be considered 'low'. Is this the only way to challenge caste system?
Also, such acts help elders justify the 'love is bad because it will makes you blind' logic! They are showing Leher as being a bad influence on Abeer! I don't know if I am right in assuming this but this is how I feel.
Drinking is bad anyway... what sort of model is Abeer for young men in love? Sorry for this rant, but I really wish these CVs were more responsible. Hope this is the only time we see Abeer drunk!
