Part 4:
Leher felt feeble and depressed to leave Abeer with no hope or answers ....
but knew he will come around sooner or later ...perhaps when he's rid himself off the bhaang ,he would realize how hard it was for her to see him frustrated...
She didnt want to give him any false hope ,though it seemed too late to avert his interest in her ,she tried to shun him away to guard her own emotions ....
She was indeed in love with him but the relationship seemed impossible...
Sitting in her room ,she cried all she could to let the feeling pass ...
She had to challenge her love for the family against her strong and fast growing sentiments for Abeer and she absolutely dreaded the outcome...

Abeer left his friends gawking and rushed back to the house and leaped up to the terrace as soon as he could...
the thought of meeting Leher had given him a sudden high and he was certain that she wouldn't let him down...
Anxiously ,he paced the floor and eagerly waited for her to arrive...

Bittan came looking for Leher when she couldn't find her with the rest of the family ...
Leher had shut herself in her room to hide her tears and when Bittan knocked ,she quickly wiped them and put up a strong face before opening the door ...
" kya hua didi ,tum thik to ho? "
" haan Bittan hum bilkul thik hain,bas hamara man nahi tha Holi khelne ka,to hum wapas ghar chale aye" she tried very hard to look normal but Bittan could clearly se the gloom on her face,she knew her sister had been crying and she had a slight hint of the reason as well...
" acha thik hai,Holi nahi khelni to na sahi,chalo sath milke kuch khate hai"
" nahin Bittan hame kuch nahi khana,tum khalo "
" arey didi aise kaise chalega,batao na kya hua hai tumhe? ,papa ko lekar pareshan ho? "
" haan shayad " replied Leher and Bittan assured that their dad is perfectly alright and that the dispute is all forgotten ...
Leher agreed and hugged her sister sweetly and said that the incident had surely worried her a lot...and Bittan to lighten the air said
" acha didi chalo chath par chalte hai,yaha bohot ghutan si ho rahi hai "
Leher jumped at the mention of the terrace and yelled a big no !!!
" kyu? " asked Bittan curiously
" nahin bas,hame kahin nahi jaana ,tum ho ao " but Bittan pulled her out of the room and dragged her up the stairs despite of Leher's strong protests ...

Chutki had come to call her brother down for lunch but Abeer had something else on his mind ...
It had been a few hours now and there was still no sign of Leher and he was starting to get annoyed...
" Bhaiya ,chalo na neeche ! amma kabse tumhe bula rahi hai,khane se kya naraazgi ? "
" nahin Chutki tum jao yaha se ,hame kahi ni jaana "
" acha to phir hum aapka khana yaha oopar hi bhijwa dete hain ? "
" Chutki humne kaha na,hame bhookh nahi hai ,ab tum jao yaha se " he yelled when Leher and Bittan walked up the terrace and heard him scream
Chutki was shaken at his brother's strange behavior and ran down the stairs with moist eyes ...Abeer tried to stop her and apologize but she had sadly left by then...
Abeer felt embarrased and walked towards Leher and Bittan to reason his outburst but Leher turned away and said
" chalo Bittan,humne kaha tha hame chath par nahin aana " indirectly hinting it to Abeer
" didi,dekho kitna acha nazara hai yaha se ,sare log Holi khelte hue kitne ache lag rahe ! " Bittan showed her the colorful street entertainment...
when Brij spotted the two on the roof and waved to call them down and Bittan waved back to say that she's coming....
" didi,tumhe nahin ana to mat ao,par hum jaa rahe hai papa ke sath Holi khelne " and she vanished down the stairs before Leher could react...
Abeer looked at her with fury and said " to tumhe nahin ana tha chath par ? "
" nahin " she replied
" ye jaante hue bhi ke hum tumhara yaha intezaar kar rahe hain? " he inched closer gritting his teeth
" Abeer hume tumse koi baat nahin karne,tum is waqt nashe me ho "
" nashe me to mai na jab tha ,na ab hoo Leher ! "...
