@ charming_chiya- I think we all agree with u that Rajita Sharma should be given the credit for the fabulous job that she has done on the show and she is given credit if you look at the title credits but don't know why they are having problems now. I just hope the show does not suffer in the long term.

I am crossing all fingers, toes, and legs and hoping they will settle their dispute but jab court aa jaye tu pata nahi kitna time lage ga. so everyone still hope for the best. Do not stop watching the show coz of this. These things are bound to happen when we are dealing with the top rated channel and Colors is at the top spot. So I am hoping the Channel will be sensible enough to settle it.

does anybody know what happened to the court hearing that was to be held on jan 1. I hope they were able to solve their problems. So does anybody know anything about it?

oops!!! when did this bollywood stop being corrupt.... I wish Rajita all the best for her future....and may she win over this case..coz ultimately its her story,it takes immense pain to write a story ...and how can this buggers...steal the credit from her..

Rajita, is an exceptional talent on the small screen and that is evident from the way she portrays her characters. However, whatever is happening over the serial, must have taken her aback. Creative eye allegedly took all the credit away from her when she was behind all the set production and the concept of the serial from the scratch. We hope she gets her due. The law of the land must prevail. There must be many more cases which go unheard. Let's hope the court comes out with a landmark verdict, where a precedent is set so that no more creative thefts take place. Production houses have to made accountable and responsible. Just because they have the clout in the industry because of n number of shows doesn't mean they can rob the talented people like Rajita with no voice at all. A fair play ground must be provided to all players where they get the well-deserved credit.
