From a city girl to Mukhiyaani and Raidhan's life partner.
Love how the show is taking us slowly and surely on Aru's journey to becoming Raidhan's life partner and Mukhiji's Mukhiyaani.
Her small tantrums/drama are where I see her feeling free to show her "haq" on Raidhan because she now knows her love is reciprocated. Her caring for him and his wound post the ooh-laa-laa log scene and the "asthama ruse" is where her love in putting him first comes through.
We also see Aru's growth and grooming for the role of Mukhiyaani who will walk hand in hand with MukhiJi and share in his responsibility of taking care of the people of his/their Amboli gaanv. The toilet issue is an important one and shows us that Aru is ready to fight - even get upset with Mukhiji - for the rights of women(even if they did not know it in the beginning) and is willing to put in the work for it.
What I like about this point being brought up is we are shown MukhiJi and now Mukhiyaani working on real issues for the village and not just fed references and inferences and some token acts of blessing people and issuing "panchayat ka faisla".
