While the general mood of the epi was confusion hi confusion ha solution ka pata nahin.. I found quite a romantic instances in the epi.. and absolutely loved thm..❤️❤️
While the day before yesterday's epi was full on drama and didnt make much sense as a stand alone epi (except for some comedy), in conjunction with the yesterdays' epi, it threw light on many a aspects of yesterday's epi.
Day before yesterday Mukhi kept on asking Aru what exactly do you want? Obviously the girl is in dilemma here, being as ambitious, focused and determined the girl tht she is, she is really confused abt her feelings here she cannot pinpoint her feelings though everything is pretty self-evident here.
And we thought it's really strange tht Aru's otherwise smart brain stopped to function in matters of heart. But if you think from a city girl perspective, the whole falling in love with a gaon ka gawar thing is really too hard to digest or understand for anyone. And to suddenly develop such feelings over a fortnight is further more bizzare, unconvincing, and luks too ridiculous.
But we know the persons involved and the way thy have evolved over this fortnight of togetherness. While before Mukhi's accident it was still jst understanding each other.. after this accident thr was really a step up in thr relation. thy gradually transitioned from good acquaitances to committed loyal friends to possible soul mates.
And we saw this transition happening beautifully for both Mukhi and Aru. But while for Aru it was more filmy, for Mukhi it was more subtle. For he always took his responsibilities and duties v seriously. And this bond tht he shared with Aru was so unique, it was tht of gaurdianship, of a protector, and yet he was a hero to her in many sense and she was more thn jst a patni to him, she was a close and fun companion, a room partner, someone who had started to know him a bit more intimately.
So then we question how come Mukhi is unable to see the "real" Aru.. how cud he not relate tht diary wali girl cud b Aru?
Well, this diary wali girl had her own dreams and wishes and she lived in her own world, which was quite different from Mukhi's world. And though the core values in both girls remained the same, and for which Mukhi acutally fall for Aru, he jst cudnt place the city girl in village setting, in his village life. And this problem has stayed with him since beginning. He is not able to see Aru in the setting of his village life.(and I m repeating this umpteenth time I guess! 😆)
Its not tht he is not a capable or an eligible "man" for Aru, otherwise she wudn't have agreed to him for her sister. Her parents wudnt've have accepted him as a perfect damaad. So no his apprehensions were always abt him conflicting with Aru's dreams. (Tho he likes to reason it out with his complexes.)
When SAanvi pointed out tht indeed Aru has started to fall for him. He rubbished the idea. For, this problem still niggled in his mind. But over the course of events tht happened after it, he cud realize tht indeed Aru is changing. He saw how Aru had unknowingly changed the stripes to match his! (the chai scene) and on realizing tht, he had a sweet smile on his face. He realized Uspe uska, uske village ways ka rang chadh raha hai. Bt on learning Aru's further antics, he was back on his buisness to pack her off. While Aru was still not able to nail her problem.
Hence he tried to reason out with her by talking abt how different thr worlds were and the absurdity of it, (and thy were not even mentally ready to think abt this, let alone accept it.)
Bt what i dislike abt his character is his tendency to pass a decree on behalf of others. He assumed a lot of things abt Aru's wishes and decided on his own what he thot was best for Aru. Did he ask her what she really thinks abt it? Jst a progressive mindset wudnt do, u also need to implement it in ur conduct. Give equal opportunity to ur partner to voice thr opinion and help them to make "thr own" decisions.
Obviously he thinks tht Aru is not mature enuf or rather clear enuf to do tht. She has acted so impulsively, rash, and immaturely tht Mukhi thot better to take decision on her behalf.
Bt obviously, he has only understood tht she loves him, bt he has not understood the depth of her love and after knowing it i m sure he is going to change his mind.
And here the diary revealation plays a v imp part. No he wasnt in love with tht diary wali girl. His loyalties were always with Aru. His love, care, and concern as his life partner were solely reserved for Aru. Diary wali girl jst threw light on some aspects of certain things which he thought were missing from his gaurani, bt thy werent. Now he knows tht she was always this girl, bt these traits were just overshadowed by this new role she had donned for herself and these new feelings she had started to develop.
So now it will b interesting to see what approach he wud take, now tht he knows tht the diary girl was Aru.
Oh he extremely loves her dreams and wud not like her to let thm go for him. But wait till he knows the intensity of her love, thn will he able to disappoint this poor girl? Wud he able to break her innocent expectant heart and cud see her in tears as he did yesterday? I dont think so. He doesnt have heart to do that. He jst cares for her too much. He jst cant let her shatter when he knows all she desires is him, his love, (and his support to fulfil her dreams which i think will b addressed eventually)
So the story at this point is at an interesting juncture. And i loved all the little nuances of a yearning love tht was shown in yesterday's episode. Those little looks of longings, those tears of loss, those little moments of finding unexpected joys in simple things as halwa or a diary or jalebi.. Aah.. such wonderful scenes! ❤️❤️
Obviously, this track can also b viewed from the other angle. One from tht of TRP aunties wala angle. This story has always been about predestined lovers. abt a dha aksharwali ladki becoming the dhaal and world of Mukhi. The diary had always been an integral part of thr love story right from the beginning, it was thr first point of kismet connect when thy had not even met. Fate connected her to him and thn all those hits and misses and all those indications of gaurani being his future wife.
So yes this story can b interpreted in tht way too.
Now coming to the Saanvi Saga, obviously the story is not over yet and it looks like even when thy confess, this issue will remain a bone of contention betn thm for obvious (and silly ) reason of missed communication. The word communication in itself has a very interesting definition and most ppl dont realize the value of a good communication in today's fast-moving information-overloaded world. Today the Social media platforms or such forums have become a medium of venting out ur feelings, frustrations and the real art of communication is lost. Communication is not jst successfully "conveying" ur ideas feelings etc. bt also "Sharing" and "exchanging" of information, ideas, feelings and such. so really its a "Two-way" road. And its this two-way sharing which makes it more interesting and relishable conversation. Thats y i keep on insisting to share ur ideas, views on my thrd thn jst venting out ur feelings.
So here, thy lack this "two-way" communication. Communication is happening alright, bt its all one way traffic. Aru vents out her jealousy, hides her true feelings and emotions abt him. He voicing out his opinions abt her dreams and life, bt harboring those deep feelings for her.
Really Saanvi issue is not an issue of not willing to communicate its an issue of giving the other person rights to share someone's private information considering her as one unit as himself, not tht Saanvi wud mind. I m sure Saanvi can go ahead and clear all dbts from Aru's mind.. bt Aru's insecurities wud want Mukhi doing it rather than Saanvi, giving her tht feeling of being his close trusted partner, his patni in every sense. so though on surface this looks like a jealousy track its really not (and i think i m repeating myself again with this).. bt the reason i keep putting this point forward is becoz thy still havent addressed this issue. Talking abt the rights tht thy want to give to each other, not jst tht of pati-patni, bt tht of lovers, of close confidantes, of an intimate companion for life.❤️
Thr r some things tht only two lovers can understand, know and tht is what Aru wants. Hopefully Mukhi understands in his own sweet way from Aru's antics and craze and doesnt need fruther intereference from Saanvi.
As for the superficial tracks, i guess this diary revealation is gonna end up in a big fight due to the unresolved issues regarding Saanvi, thr feelingss for each other, and his decree of leaving her.
Amidst this, this kidnapping comes as a fresh change. (he he he its ironical tht we say tht) Bt its seriously a blessing in disguise for the lovers for they wud know the intensity of thr own love for each other.. and concurrently the other wud also realize how much deeply thy feel and care for each other.
Jst loved some scenes in yesterday's epi.. one being Mukhi looking back constantly to get a glimpse of Aru after his harsh treatment of her the night before.. really painful to not see one's loved one for one last time.❤️❤️
Aru getting too sentimental abt him leaving. Her tears came from her heart and she is unable to decipher them.❤️
Their smiles on knowing tht tht halwa had became an unlikely bridge betn the an estranged couple. I jst simply loved thr smile. It was subtle yet very potent scene.❤️❤️
Aru instantly getting worried abt Mukhi's health on finding his jeep infront of a medical clinic. So so like a couple!❤️
