I don’t think she is dumb - she asked him do you understand the concept so I highly doubt and other thing is when he touches her she doesn’t look confused. I think she knows but is coming of as childish. Aman says that she is like a kid but he acts like her husband so he is jesting otherwise it’s just creepy to romance a three year old mentality child and it’s illegal and I highly doubt Aman is like that.
