The episode begins with Akshay telling Manjiri that he has made the decision to go to Australia.Manjiri is heart broken and asks him why he couldnt have consulted her first,like her opinions do not matter😭.Akshay tells her he didnt consult her as his descion wasnt going to change either way.Manjiri is about to leave when she turns back and says she thought everything was fine between them,and how could Akshay do such a thing.Manjiri leaves,while Akshay thinks that he needs Manjiris suport without which he cant do this.
The next Day Tushaar is telling Manjiri how she should try and make YIH a success.Manjiri assures him that she will do her best.Tushaar tells her he hopes that Akshay leaving doesnt affect her work.Manjiri says she knows how to handel her work and personal life and assures him that she will work well.Tushaar praises her but Manjiri shows no intrest and leaves for her recording.
Out side the recording studio Mallika and Manjiri have an arguement as both want to go for recording first.Mallika says that she should go first as she is her seniou and taunts Manjiri about coming from a small town and says that with Ranbir no more heading the office,she wont have anyone to side her.Manjiri gets angry and shouts at Mallika saying that she is a heartless,ill-mannered,bad natured person(ha ha...meri mooh ki baat cheen li)👏,and was low enough to sell herv loved ones for her profit and says she would never do that.Mallika tells her that she will take back everything that was hers,but Manjiri tells her she isnt bothered by her anymore and walks inside the recording studion leaving Mallika fuming,
In the Office JC and Sam are talking about how Ranbir has left the company,Mallika joins them and says that now Akshay is leaving too.JC comments that Manjiri will miss Akshay the most while Mallika is having an evil grin.Sam gets a phone call where Akshay asks him to call Manjiri.
In the cafe Akshay and Tushaar are discussing the project,Tushaar asks Akshay that why is he leaving if this is his dream project,Akshay says that he is leaving but he is giving his responsiblities to Manjiri.Manjiri is shocked.Tushaar says he will look forward to working with her and congratulates her(What a Chipkoo,Manjiri ke peeche haath dhoke pada hai!😡).Tushar leaves,Manjiri is still upset with Akshay and he says he is only going for a few days.Manjiri is unwilling to listen and Akshay leaves.While walking down the stairs Manjiri is upset that Akshay is leaving,but realises the responsiblity he is giving her and how she should not try to stop him and support him instead like a true friend.
In Akshays office Manjiri is holding a map of Austrailia.Akshay is very happy on seeing her.Manjiri teases him that she needs to know where he will be going.They are busy Joking when she starts giving him gifts.She then gives him a best of luck teddy-bear,some cards and some books,not to forget a cute picture of both of them to look at when he remebers her(adorable scene,its a MUST WATCH)😳.Lastly Manjiri gives Akshay a sorry teddy bear(awww..)😳 with a card and apologises for the way she behaved the previous night and says it was only because she was so used to him being there and the thought of him not being there friengtened her.Akshay teases her that a teddy bear is not enough,so Manjiri guides him to a table where she has set food for both of them.Manjiri then remebrs something and shows a Akshay a bracelet-its got a heart shaped charm on it with beats friend written on it,which breaks into two halfs.Manjiri ties it on Akshays hand and asks for her gift.Akshay doesnt have one so he ties her the other half of the heart.Akshay says he will miss her😭(so adorable...you almost have tears in youre eyes),Manjiri asks him not be senti and asks him when he is leaving.Akshay says within two days😭.Manjiri says two days only?😭 but Akshay promises her that they will always be the best of firneds and he will always be there when she needs him.

Mallika telling Tushaar and Akshay that Manjiri has spoilt the image of thier company and inserted a CD without cross checking what was in it and now no song was playing on the radio.Akshay and Tushaar are shocked.
