Manjari is talking to her friends about rich guys and how they're many at their college but aren't worrth it. and says ranbir is differen't from all of them. amu asks her if she's going to keep dreaming or make a movee manjari agrees and says we must do something. Sonu says its too early, manjari says shes not the type to wait for the guy to approach her and says he's her dream boy. they make an excuse of buying cake and telling him that they made it just to ring his doorbell.
The next day Ranbir is talking to some girl named "sweety" manjari and her friends see. manjari asks what she's doing her and asks if her mom brang a proposal for ranbir. Amu says she can't let that happen. they walk towards the room and they're all sitting there one lady says to ranbir that her daughter made food and lists themm, (ranbir expression was like :| okay than. lol) he says another time. Amu says that the lady is here for her daughter's proposal. manjari says that won't happen.
Ranbir tells them to wait and says that he'll bring them something. when he turns around he sees manjari they both stare at each other.
Pooja is in the kitchen when her mom comes. she asks her if she doesn't have to go to cafe pooja says no shes already finished her work. she says shes in the mood to make food for her today. pooja's mom says to herself that she knows everything. afterall, she's her mother. pooja's mom tells pooja to leave her job and get rest as her studies will start soon. Pooja asks her if she thinks that she wont be able to get married to akshay. they hug and pooja's mom consoles her and says everything will be okay!
Manjari says hi to ranbir , ranbir asks her if she also brang him food. she laughs and says no and says that since he's knew she thought she'd bring him cake. ranbir gets happy and says thats so nice of you and tells everyone to eat her hand made cake. ranbir just stares at her. the lady questions manjari about the cake and ranbir says to forget about it and eat the cake. akshay's mom is watching
Manjari's mom goes to the cafe to meet akshay. she talks to him about pooja and says that she knows everything thats going on behind pooja's smile, she folds her hands and says to akshay as a mother im asking youu akshay asks her what shes doing and tells her to sit down. he says that before everything she's always his mother and says not to embarrase him. she asks the reason behimd the marriage postponed she asks if they made a mistake.. akshay says its not like that . she tells him about the way his mom talked to pooja. manjari's dad is walking on the road when he comes across the pandit. he says because of you my daughter's wedding got postponed. he says that he said that its the BEST month for akshay to get married manjari's dad gets shocked.
someone comes to meet ranbir and the ladies say that they'll leave. manjari and her friends are also leaving when ranbir says that he needs to talk to her.
