Why Rudra will find it hard to not trust Preesha !

Hello everyone !

The current track is all set to give us sleepless nights but I am somehow confident things will not turn out as bad we may anticipate.. I’ll tell you why I feel this way ..

Character Graph of Rudra : So here is a boy who could never feel any love or sense of belonging from anyone in the family.

A father who was always been abusive.

A mother who could not do anything out of sheer helplessness.

A manipulative sister in law.

The only genuine person in his life so far as been Bunty. We know how quickly Rudra forgave Bunty though he knew his friend informing him things on time could have saved his brothers life. He chose to see the brighter side and hang onto the foundation of the friendship.

Though his father has always been abusive he has still wanted love from him. In today’s episode he looked extremely apologetic as if it was his fault and all the bitterness towards the father was forgotten in a jiffy.

Rudra has always craved love. He has wanted to feel wanted. That is the reason why he exhibits that very quality in his relationship with Saransh where he doesn’t want the boy he loves so dearly to have a scar free childhood.

I feel he has gotten so attached the Preesha that his heart knows she can never mean any harm to him. She is his person. (Grey’s Anatomy ref), so he knows she’s always got his back. The sweet scene between the three of them before the whole video drama unfolded showed how he see’s the three of them as a unit and her assuring him that they will talk and she will be waiting for him only suggests he will trust her and believe her no matter how unreasonable that may sound to everyone else..

Of course internally he may give her grief.. but he will not torture her in front of the family as he is possessive about his wife and son.

I hope I am right about the way I have assessed his character and we have some ups and downs in the story but nothing too harsh like we see in other shows ..

in chetan iv episode... he announced PreeAnsh being his family....

yes he feel , safe around Preesha....

I too feel that he is not going to blast her in public. It will be very private just between them. For the others, they are going to be on his case to throw her out, (which he won’t for saransh) and is likely to cut some of the taunts coming her way....though not all....again for saransh.

he is impulsive person though and doesn’t hide his feelings so I expect him to snap at her and be very angry with her. He will be angry at himself later because he loves her immensely. Much more that pree at this point can even imagine.

True, he is the most vulnerable person of all of them because of the lack of love, lack of someone who would understand him inside out and be there not only watching his back but standing in front of him as a shield. He has wanted that love, acceptance and Someone to trust implicitly

Now to find it ..think that he has it ultimately..and realise it was just a mirage is going to bring some very intense reactions from him. That betrayal is going to hurt him more than what has happened to his career

Btw...pree thinks of them as a unit too. And everyone else incl her parents at outside it and linked it it. But it is just the 3 of them. Something else for a couple who used to claim they are doing this only for saransh

But Rudra needs to come out of that Preesha killed my brother thought. Till he gets to know that Preesha is innocent & she did not blackmail & kill Rajeev till then he wont trust Preesha completely always.

He is easily gullible (gets easily influenced and manipulated) by Ahana or anyone except Bunty bcoz he still thinks Preesha is the culprit of his brother's death and his brother's lover.

The only thing I dont like is that Rudra is not shown even once trying to investigate or atleast try to find out the clues behind Rajeev's murder.

His trust on Preesha in future will be unwavering & strong only when he comes to know that preesha took false blame of Rajeev's murder on herself & even went to jail and was ready to accept death sentence

Agree with all of your thoughts that Rudra will be broken and will definitely blame preesha . We should be happy if that blame extends this week ONLY but going by balaji track record we can never be sure.

My only concern is they dont make Rudra complete puppet and unbearably useless like their MLs in other shows.

I hope after the initial shock of betrayal , some sense prevails into him (I put my money on Bunty, they brought him back after long time , this must be the objective, also he is RuSha shipper no 1 and only 1 in the show) and Rudra starts some investigation or uses some portion of common sense ( i will not expect complete usage which i know is just not possible from ITV MLs ).

The show is going really good with RuSha build up and the MU(well done CVs, genuine and completely relatable MU, only concern is wth was preesha thinking when she went to meet yuvi after the super awesome dhulai by Rudra , i guess some things wont change ) ,

if they do...I am done with the show, I am not interested in mahan FL and useless ml stories. So far Rudra has been smart one solving issues when pree is stuck and can’t think and pree solves it when rudr is stuck. I hope they continue this usp

Right now all the expectation has been from rudr that he needs to understand pree now since she has been with him for such a long time to know she wouldn’t kill anyone. He is feeling that by himself too. But we need to remember pree confessed to killing Rajeev herself. And despite ru now being her close friend she hasn’t event told him and Mahima let alone the accident. So ownership of this lies with both.

He is influencable...But I don’t think easily is what I would say...ahana knows him well to know his weak spots. Saransh pree and Rajeev. She wants pree and Saransh out rather than being his weak spots. And she uses his relation with Rajeev amply for him to bend down. It is the same as how Yuvraj manipulates pree every single time even now.

Yuvraj is not coming out in the open yet. And that means this one is not either. The same way it will take long time before the truth of Rajeev being sarasnsh father comes out. If all of these things are out...we should worry for our show and story.

Preesha is clueless about Yuvraj’s real intentions whilst Rudra is clueless about Ahaana! They’re both naive/gullible in their own way and if they were clocked on there would be no story or drama to tell. Loopholes like this can be frustrating but some liberties have to be allowed because the content you get after is just so worth it.

🤣🤣 you summed up so correctly , it is sad but true , FL being mind numbingly stupid in the process of trying to be mahaan and ML playing the role of shoepiece religiously , cant remember how many shows i quit just cause I couldnt take the madness anymore

I'm surprised that Rudra has still not blamed Pree even once till now, looking at Balaji record 🤣

Still I guess they are going the gradual way and I like it. They will gradually show Rudra losing trust in Pree due to Ahaana and Pree being ITV FL.

Atleast it's gradual and not a flash change.

The regaining of trust will also be gradual then. As long as focus is on RuSha & not other OTT scenes, I'm good.

This may even be good in long term for RuSha, both sides.
