If the tea isn't boiled properly my mom and dad use to say something like that even I don't like it.

Tea has to be strong that's why I can't stand English tea. Chai pathi mein garam pani daal tho. That is kachi chai

Not watched tge epsde ..but kachi chai definately has to b chai pati not boiled properly ...the tea when its not made in right proportion with milk n chai patti ...n not boiled properly is often referred as kachi chai...The taste of only hot water only adds upto it
