I don't understand why CVs are highlighting the kiss so much, it is making the fandom frustrated along with Sam.

If we leave the kiss aside we got to see so much growth in the relationship from Naina's side and also got some lovey dovey and hot Samaina moments.

Agar CVs khud kiss ko highlight nahi karte to koi complain nahi karta .Vaise bhi we dont expect leads kissing on ITV.
