13.02.2019: Written Update: Yeh Un Dinon Ki Baat Hai

Part 1

Munna-Pandit ask Naina not to take stress as Sameer will be back soon. Preeti asks where is he? Munna-Pandit say went for fitting.

Male Narrator-- In school we were terrified of Princi but that day realised Princi is scared of my father in law. Was praying to God that he convince Rakesh sir.

Princi comes at Rakeshs place. Tayji gets water. Tayaji asks all well? Princi says yes. Princi is scared. Sameer is anxious when Princi will talk. Princi says loo chalne ka matlab hai, garam hawa chalni chahiye, jo tumne kiya, tumhe sharam ani chahiye' .Princi tells Rakesh that he is Nainas father and he is sitting here. Princi asks Rakesh to resign on the spot. Tayaji opposes. Princi shares that no one likes you in school only one student respected you and that was Naina. Today you have lost that respect. Katha supari kis kaam ka, jo paan na ho, woh insaan kis kaam ka, jo insaan na ho'. By being upset, you cant make anyone happy and by being stubborn you are huring her. Ask yourself have you done anything for your daughter till date. Look at your brother, he does all activities of a father. He has been supporting Naina always. Why are you being stubborn? That someone invites you? The one has empathy, only there love blossoms. Betiyan naseeb se milti hai. If you repent all your life, this day wont come back ever. Never liked you as a person but atleast be a father of your daughter. Princi excuses himself.

Male Narrator-- I knew that Princis words would affect Rakesh sir as teachers impact was meant for a lifetime for students.

Sameer thanks Princi sir. Princi says did what I could. Thank when you get married. Sameer says by doing this you have given me and Naina the best gift of our life. Naina will be happy and not sad. Rakesh overhears.

Everyone is waiting for Sameer. Mamaji comes on stage. He says no more jokes and hurting anyone. Mamaji starts the program with a sher "Woh phool hi kya jisme dali na ho, woh bag hi kya jisme maali na ho, woh bhashan hi kya jisme tali na ho, woh sasural hi kya, jisme saali na ho. All clap. Mamaji calls Preeti. Preeti says it's a great day for us, Naina-Sameers sangeet. All ask where is Sameer? Naina is tensed. Right then Sameer comes. They are decked up as Salman Khan-Madhuri Dixit from Hum Apke Hain Kaun. Sameer sits next to Naina. Naina pinches Sameer. He screams. Naina asks where were you? I was so tensed. All kept asking about Dad and then you disappeared.

Preeti says "aate me jitne hai kankar, chalni se chal jaenge, kal ke baad, Naina-Sameer Pati-Patni ban jaenge. Naina is upset and Sameer keeps trying to hold her hand. Sameer says Mrs. Maheshwari, yeh haat chorne ke liye bilkul nahi pakda tha.

Pooja didi says, yeh shadi nahi aasan itna samajh lijiye, ye basi chewing gum hai, chaba lijiye. Sameer asks Naina why she kept her hair tied. He asks her to keep her hair open on wedding day. Right then Rakesh comes.

Female Narrator-- I was never more confused. Seeing dad I dinno whether to laugh or cry. Dinno if there would be laughs or fights. All are shocked to see Rakesh. Sameer smiles at Naina.

Rakesh is on stage and takes a harmonium and sings Aaj hamare dil me ajab si uljhan hai'. All are shocked. Sameer brings his mom on the stage.

Part 2

Sameers step dad accepts Rakeshs wishes. Both exchange courtesy. Rakesh comes to Naina. Sameer bends to touch his feet. Naina looks at Rakesh. Rakesh remembers Sameers words of Naina being happy seeing Rakesh and he blesses him. All are delighted. Naina is in tears and hugs him.

Female Narrator-- That day I was blessed to hug him. I beg all parents who are upset on their kids for their choices, please don't be upset on them, accept them. They need you as much as your love.
