Hey here's another weekend activity to keep forum active..
Most of us are 90s kids and I'm sure we relate to lots of incidents in YUD..

So let's share some parallelisms we've come across between the show are our own lives...

I'll start with myself..

1. My bf was handsome hero types and I was seedhi saadhi girl

2. He was average in studies and good in sports while I was good in studies and liked to dance and act in plays

3. I fell in love with him long before he fell in love with me

4. We got married in 1994 while I was still in college😆

Do share your experiences too..Even though you may not be of 90s era😛

Hey Thanks😊..I keep pinching myself.when i notice all the parallels..Like is this for real😆..The 1994 wedding was the clincher..So just had to share

I keep telling my husband but he refuses to watch the show thinking it's just another ghisa pita ITV show😆
Thankfully parallelism ends there.. we r of same caste and similar financial background so didn't have to go through all drama like Samaina..Thank God!

I belong to 90s era. Lived all teenage school college life.

Wonderful time. simple life, no mobiles, came later. cable TV few channels, DD1 craze.

The families, friends bonding. Now everything changed.

Wow u r so lucky Not a 90's kid but still I can relate to the show. Pvkm naina is so me! In school we used to play flame game. Finding ur life partner's first letter in the hand that was also a memory which I forgot but Yudkbh reminded me. Then samaina's first touch! Even I didn't wash my hand for two days when I first handshaked with my crush 😛 There r lot similarities. Abhi k liye bas itna hi 😉

Hey nice topic..it is so surreal when we see parts of our real life in Samaina. I've some similarities like
me and my BF were of different caste, so lot of drama around that.

When I gave my ring size to my bf and he passed it to his mom. They made him call me so many times to confirm it. they thought it was too small until we got engaged.

My bf is handsome and I'm average looking.

His mom didn't like me much for her hero jaisa beta initially.
We are married for more than 5 years now and everything is sorted. Me and my MIL get along pretty well now. 😆
