Back in my school days we had couple girls who would write love letters with blood, burn hands, etch the guys' initial in their hands with the razor blade etc. We used to find them very weird. When Naina burned her hand in Mount Abu I found it relatable as it fit the expression of love of young girl. However, Naina is now going into the final year of college, So why was it necessary for the CVs to show Naina inflicting pain on herself today? How does self injury translate into deep love for your significant other?

I agree that such a scene was unnecessary. Self-injury is common amongst persons suffering from serious psychological disorders. It would be better if they would show positive ways for young people to express themselves.

Self Injury is not common among people. People with Suicidal tendency will have some physiological disorder. The reality is , hurting oneself is not easy. So majority will never do it. They have shown three times Naina going on that path. Once during the trip , then trying to jump from the top and then couple of days back.

She does this ONLY when it comes to Sameer. During her wedding track I always felt that she had hope he would break the marriage...but even then I didn't think she would hurt herself...but now thinking of the three instances , I wonder if there is more to come...

Of course its a serial and todays kids are way too smart unlike the kids of 90s. Today they are very goal oriented , and they know what they want in life and how to get it too...another aspect of todays kids .. they love themselves more ...which is good...because when you love yourselves then you learn to take care that you stay un harmed.

Sadly Naina has her insecurities . Now with Sameer's mom talking to her rudely has made her more insecure.

Naina did have a bout of depression post Mt Abu trip , I don't think it got treated rt...her fear of loosing Sameer is very deep rooted. I wonder once Tayi ji and her father catches them...how things will turn out to be. Because now more than Sameer , Naina wont be able to live with out him. She can never think of anyone else in place of Sameer. She has hugged him , kissed him and for her that is a very big step.

So if she is been forced to marry the other guy, then I wonder what she will do to herself...will her love for Sameer give her hope in life and change her..., is what I would want to know.

Before the hug and kiss the way Naina was pleading that "please never think of leaving me spoke volumes about her vulnerability and unimaginable life without Sameer...
Now either Sameer will help her escape from any kind of forced marriage or even I worry she could end taking expreme steps
