I am disappointed with the yesterday's question and answer session. Vishaka's questions could be justified to an extent because she has to know about Naina and whether she will be the right match for her son, but Naina's response to them did not suit her personality.
The answer to the first question that she loves Sameer and it was not an attraction was good and I expected that the questions that would follow and Naina's answers to them will show Vishaka how much Naina loves Sameer. But unfortunately that didn't happen..
Sameer praised Naina in every way he could before Vishaka met her. He expressed how much he loves her and what she means to him, so the meet should have validated Sameer's praises and love but Naina's answers seemed contradicting. Her answers in no way showed the depth of her love for him. I felt that Naina's answers were more theoretical which did not show the level of love and emotional attachment she has for Sameer. The fbs after her response were contradicting and it could lead to two possible outcomes..
1. She could feel that Naina and Sameer both have their own positives and negatives, that both balance out each other., that one will support the other when they face a difficulty. If Sameer lacks a quality then Naina will fill it in Sameer's life and when Naina lacks something Sameer will fill it. This would be a positive outcome where Vishaka would understand that the other has what one lacks and together they will make their relationship work, that together they would be a perfect match. if she sees it in a holistic way then it could be a plus for Samaina, where both Naina and Sameer together make a perfect match...
2. But there can be another outcome where Vishska might assume that Naina and Sameer are completely different from one another and that they would never be able to work together. She might feel that their thoughts contradict each other. If Sameer thinks in a way then Naina will think in a completely opposite manner. She might see Naina as dominate and Sameer as submissive. She might see them in the long run where they might face compatibility issues.
Whatever Vishaka feels I want her to express it openly with Sameer. If she feels that Naina is not a perfect match for Sameer but still accept her for Sameer's happiness then I want Vishsaka to be clear with it to Sameer. I dont want her to pretend in front of him that Naina is best for him and later on she is confused or worried about Sameer or the relationship. She needs to be frank with whatever she thinks of Naina whether it is positive or negative. If she really finds Naina perfect for Sameer and wholeheartely accepts her then I want her to state why Naina is best for Sameer. I just want VIshaka to communicate with Sameer properly, without hiding any fact or possibility of doubt. Only then Sameer will understand what went wrong or right with the meet and handle the situation with more care.
This is just my POV, yours could be completely different...
