CHAPTER 4-. Blossoming New Bond

Naina entered to the college without preeti because as usual she got delay to get ready. When she was walking to her classroom, she collided with a boy. First they both apologised but the boy's face was tightened & his smile faded when he saw naina. He was the senior in that college & he is pankaj who got suspended from their school because of her father Rakesh Agarwal (librarian).

What are you doing here? He shouted at her.

Naina: I joined this college. She replied fearfully.

Pankaj: Oh, boys come here. He asked his friends to join with him to ragging her. They are most indiscipline gang of the college.

Pankaj: Boys, her father is the reason for my suspension in our school.so this is the time for repay for it. So ragging her.

The other friends of pankaj surrounded her & looked her like scanning top to bottom. Naina felt uncomfortable & started to pray god. "Please help me god".

Boy 1: do you no swim?

Naina: no,

Boy1: then think this as a swimming pool & swim here.

Boy2 : ohh, then her dress will drench, he said with a bad intention & his eyes again scanned her top to bottom.

Naina was shocked by their comments. More than that she felt guilt infront of everyone. All started to laugh. She got more insult from everyone.

Pankaj: no, no guys she want to propose me. Your father suspended me for proposing a girl nah, so you want to propose me infront of everyone.

Boy2: oh, no pankaj are you going to love this behen ji?

Pankaj: laughed.. who will love this type of girl? Whatever you say she trust it & do it, such an idiot, are you thinking she is beautiful? haa, haa,How can I love this behen ji. Its just for ragging. Oh hello, I said you to propose me.

Naina's eyes were brimming tears. They taunted her with her helping manner & of course beauty. She felt to shout "is anyone there please save from these boys"..

Finally god heard her voice & sent his messenger. Sameer was came out of the classroom to see his friends & he heard some noisy laughs, a groups of boys surrounding a girl, his eyes were widened when he saw naina inbetween them full of tears in her eyes. He went near them to figure out the problem, then he heard the bad comments on naina. He fists his hand tightly in anger, hiw can they behave with a girl like this? He moved all the boys, went infront of naina and held the hand of the boy who extended it to grab naina's hand. On the other side naina was relieved in sameer's pressence,he stood like a wall infront of her, if anyone's want to come near to her first they want to break this wall. She felt safe in his presence, an unknown comfort made her to grab sameer's arm to get away her fear, she took a long breath.

A cool wind embraced him by her touch & his all anger gone away. Her one touch is a magic for him.

Sameer's p.o.v.

I felt current passing throughout my body in her one touch, what is happening to me? "Sameer you can think about it later first end this problem". My inner mind slapped me at right time. Yes sameer she believed in you, don't break her belief.

Pankaj: hey, see our hero is here to save his heroine.

Pankaj commented on them.

Wait, what this idiot is saying? Naina is my heroine?. "Yes idiot she is your heroine". My inner mind jumped in joy. No sameer,, your inner feeling is confusing you, first clear this situation.

End of sameer's p.o.v.

S: naina, JBR is searching you to give some notes, go & collect that.

He tried to end this problem smoothly rather than creating more problem to her.when naina began to leave on of the boy stopped her by his hand.

Pankaj: hey hero don' act like smart, naina I said you to propose me. Your father suspended me for proposing a girl nah, now he want to know what will happen if his daughter did the same. He want to be shame for his action.

Tears are rolling in naina's cheeks.sameer gettung irritated because of the boys taunting her. They were increasing sameer's anger. However he manged to calm his self, munna & pandit came towards them & suddenly an idea struck in his mind. He winked at them & shouted " oh god principal madam is coming here".

The most intelligent boys munna & pandit mimicked like principal madam & the whole rival gang ran here & there to escape themselves. Sometimes there silly tricks also working the trio boys hi-fived & hugged. Naina ran from there, she was unable to control her overflowing tears. Their every comments literally piercing her heart. She ran towards & sat down under tree. She hidden her face inbetween her lap, she want hide her self from all they badly teased her infront of everyone & their laugh still hearing on her mind. Sameer followed her & sat besides her.

Naina... he called her twice, but no response he can only hear her sobs.

Naina... he called her again she lifted her head up. His whole world was broken, becuause of her swollen & red eyes, & her chubby cheeks which were stained with tears. He tries to console her. Naina, I know its hurting you alot just forget about that.

But...naina replied between her sobs.

I know naina, my words cannot heal your pain. But this boy was wrong his words are only medicine for her pain in future.but these two poor souls are unaware about their destiny.

Naina don't think about those idiots comments. Iam sorry naina if I have any power i'll share your pain, no i'll never let any problem to even touch you. Sameer tried his best to convince her.

His words gave back her smile. Thank you sameer.

Sameer: No thank you between friends.

Friends? He forworded his hand & naina shooked her hand with him.

Friends. She replied & both smiled.

He got his handkerchief & extended it to naina, she wiped her eyes gently & gave it back to him. He carefully folded & kept it carefully as a world's most important thing in his life.shall we go naina? Otherwise we want to heard bad joke from jbr (lecturer).he imitated him and naina laughed heartily. They returned to the classroom with their blossoming of new bond.

Chapter 5- Naina's New Avatar

Naina is continuosly thinking about how sameer came their like an angel when she need help. He didnt cared about those wickedest boys & he stood against them like a hero, sometimes life create some filmy situations also.

Naina's p.o.v.
Ah,he saved me like a hero,he is my salmankhan, what is going in my mind? (anyone know answer? I).why I said him as my salman, first I want to thank him,he stood for me at correct time. But how many times naina? You already thanked him,why again?many questions arised in my mind but I had no answers for them.my heart says to thank him, my brain & heart literally struggled to call him or not?finally heart won against the brain & I followed my heart, its just a gratitude for his help, so call him,I compromised my self.

But how? She walked here & there around her room, suddenly an idea struck in her mind,how cannot?she is topper nah.she got one large book from uppershelf,she quickly ran through the telephone directory. Mr.Jaiprakash maheshwari is one of the famous merchandiser in Ahmedabad, definitely she can get their number. There she got it,what she want, maheshwari manshion ########.

Its unusual for naina to call a boy,that too in night time. Going near the phone was strictly prohibited for agarwals girls, but here she ready to break the rule first time in her life. If she really want to thank him again?definitely not. Her heart was telling more than that which can't she understand this time. That poor soul doesn't know what she is doing now.she dialed the number.

Ringing...someone picked on the other side.

- hello..

N: hello, can I speak to sameer?
His name was sweet melodious for him when he hearing it from naina.s voice. He identified her,how can he forget that soothing voice.

S: naina ..you?

N:(nervously) ah, h.ow ar..e y..ou?

S: did you called me to ask this? We just met in college.smiling.

N:no...sameer thank you so much.

S: no thanks between friends.

N: what will happen, if they beaten you at that time?

S: smiling at her concern. Don.t worry naina, nothing is important more than you, I can do anything for you.

The couple on the phone didn't understood the meaning of these words. But two others can understand the words which are coming from his heart, how can't they, they are our intelligent force munna & pandit nah. Who said lovers only have heart to heart connection. Friends are the masters in that, they can understand without sharing if they were true friends. Our munna & pandit also like that they are life of sameer.

Pandit: something was there, its seems like morethan friendship.said looking at samaina conversation.

M: you also thinking about the same? Which I'm thinking?

P: what? How did you know what I think? Do you have any mind reading power.(he checked munna's head)

M: idiot you're thinking loudly.

Next morning

The first lecture was started & sameer,munna, pandit were missed half of the lecture. To their bad luck it was JBR.s class.

Boys: may I come in sir?

Jbr: ahh ah, come did you lanched your rocket?You're the intelligent men ah,

Everyone started laugh except our girls gang, finally he allowed them ending up with bad joke. They walked towards their seats & sameer's eyes were fixed on naina who was paying attention to the class only, but his gaze on her made her to move her eyes from book to him.she smiled at him & again her attention went through the book. But for sameer he already missed his first half of the class & second half also passed by just staring at her, not only him munna & pandit also watching his changing behaviours continuously. Jbr noticed that their attention was not in the lesson & threw the chalk pieces, stand up he shouted at them. Explain opportunity cost? Munna came forward ,sir I have two mango drink & if I want to buy one samosa...he tried his best with his favourite food. Everyone started laugh, stop this is not a hotel,get out from my class three of you..

They went out proudly like they achived something.sameer leaned on the wall & looking naina throught the window with plastering a smile on his face. Mundit spoke with their eyes & noded head in yes, seeing sameer's behaviour. Finally the lecture was over & girls went to the boys who were standing outside. We're hungry shall we go for eat something?girls asked them.

Ah ah pandit, I can do anything for you..munna said to swathi & smirked at sameer.suddenly naina & sameer looked eachother remembering their last night phone call. A confusion started to circle their brain and they have no answer for that. The girls were going forward & boys following them respectively saving their future to walk behind wife..they ordered their favourite samosa & mango drink. Seniors came & announced about mr &ms fresher competition. Pankaj met kartick there & he is his cousin the rival gang joined against sameer's gang.

Hey,naina if you have guts participate in this & win against my cousin.let'see who'll win? Pankaj mocked naina &kartick fixed bet for sameer,because he hate him from the day one,when he collided with sunaina.

I will, naina banged her hand on the table leaving her friends in extreme shock. I will accept your challenge. Whole gang were looking surprisingly, naina's new avatar. Is this our.naina? Where this boldness came from? Ah I forget sameer was sitting beside her nah?. After they left swathi & preeti shouted at naina.

Naina are you mad?why did you accept their challenge?you clearly know how bad they are?

Naina thinked for a while, ah preeti,they mocked me again, I really don't know how am I going to win this challenge?

Ah behen, don't think before say any thing,preeti shouted at her. Munna & pandit worried how naina going to win against those rival boys,but only one have hope on her that she will win this, mr.sameer maheshwari. Why are you guys keeping quiet,you can also tell anything naina yelled at the boys.

Naina don't worry you can do it,sameer gave hope to her.

But how, I have no idea?

Don't worry i'm here with you,automatically her lips curved a smile & sameer's too,mundit also looking at them with large smile on their face.

Preeti snatched the last.samosa from pandit which he took from the plate. Preeti, I took it first pandit said, ah so what,now its in my hand so its mine, they started their tom & jerry fight for one samosa & everyone burst out laugh forgetting their challenge.
