Are we not yet in November 1993? It has been quite some time in third year of college so this might be that time of the year and if I remember correctly the Bazigar had a Pan India release, it released in all the state capitals around the same time so might be its not a blooper

I remember seeing baazigar trailer on TV.. showing shahrukh in the racer get up and saying the famous haar ke jeetne waale ko dialogue...

At the most they are in Sep or beginning of October.

but dialogue trailors and songs were used to be out before only,not only after release of the film

Baazigar track is playing from a quiet a long time on show.The whole of 93 timeline has been punctuated with baazigar lines and songs. So it seems unrealistic to me.Such a late release of November having such an effect before pre release is damn unrealistic.
