When he proposed to sunaina I thought he want to punish naina so with jealousy he wanted to hurt her but after repeatedly watching episodes. I guess he genuinely want to move on
After proposing sunaina he explained his past love n want a rebound with her as she proposed him earlier.
While exploring to Sunaina about their love story he was explaining that from day 1 naina is after him, she used to make him study n he couldn't able to say no after that bet he said yes to naina out of guilt n mazak mazak mein pyar hogaya Naina only did time pass with me because of her family n she is coward.
