I know lot of us dont like Shefjun and want their track to end soon. As per the information, thats what is most likely to happen.

Keeping whatever happened off screen aside, can we discuss just about the characters and the way their story has progressed so far?

I think that the story was not shown properly. When Sameer was leaving for Delhi, Shefali was to teach Arjun driving, but that scene was shown after so long. It felt that their relationship freezed at the same point for like months and than started off again. This is the biggest reason we all lost interest in their story. And when the story was again shown the scenes were so bad, that we could not connect with them. What do you guys think??

I never had any problem with Shefjun. I love each and every character in the show. I really like shefali but arjun not that much. The main reason is his arrogance towards Samundit. He is an important character but he is always shown as week and selfish.And this whole controversy made it all more worse.When they resumed shoot i thought everything got fine but later . Their story was kind of on and off maybe editing issues to blame for.I hope they get a good closure. If they are gonna be replaced then im gonna have a hard time adjusting with new actors.

I agree

Initially both the characters were so good

Shefali was Naina's confidante and Arjun was shown as protective brother

But for reasons unknown to us arjun's character turned meek and into a coward

Spplly in the Shaadi track...he was given so much support by Sameer , instead of feeling grateful he turned resentful.

And later their stupid tweets and insta posts

Somewhere the connection got lost

Sometimes people can't separate offscreen with onscreen.. I frankly don't understand particular hate for their story just because of offscreen things.. and even offscreen we don't know what happened to them and it was clearly evident that their scenes were not shown. We don't know who is at fault so it's not right to blame them for anything.. onscreen some can feel their story is bore and not interesting but hate towards them is little overboard. I personally started liking their characters and story but lost total interest after shadi track and during delhi track.. now even main characters story is getting so bored so I can't really expect anything for parallel stories..

This show has lived its life I guess. For any Indian shows it remains good and interesting only for 150-200 episodes.. I was so excited for college track and even first episode was good but now again they r diverting it so much with no progress in story.. it's getting really stupid for soem times

I agree with everything but the last bit. There is still so much potential this show has. There are so many interesting tracks that can be shown. It is only the way they are being executed is not as great as before. But show still has a long way to go.

I think during Shaadi track, he only knew that Sameer pretended to love Naina for the bet and Naina got into his trap. Any protective brother would have done the same. He didn't want Sameer near Naina. He didn't trust him and in 90s it was very difficult for any brother to understand their sisters love interest. But after the cricket match, we have not seen any scene between Sameer and Arjun. So would be interesting to see how these two behaves with each other now that Arjun is also in love.

Agree that it would be difficult to see anyone else playing these characters but I would prefer that over ending such an important character altogether.

I have no probs with Shefjun. My fav Arjun scene was when he applies the ointment on Naina's hand after she is caned on her hand for skipping debate competition. They are both important characters. Hope we get to see Some genuine scenes instead of forcibly inserted ones.

That was my favorite scene too

Even the hospital scene when naina gets admitted was good too
