Hi all, nice to read so many diff views. found the post interesting, so thought of adding my view, being new to all this not sure whether i can put forward my thoughts well enough.

As audience when the manhoos track was started in delhi it was shown to us as a serious issue faced by sameer . Also considering sameer's character its possible because he has lived mostly alone in hostels plus mother leaving him and going away as a child,nanu has said that sameer is avulnerable kid.so its possible for him to think that he is not good/manhoos.then the 1 year stay at delhi made him more misserable and the final nail in the coffin Dadi's words, ultimately the small seed turned into a big fear. its around this time sameer in his life had started to experience true love after years of leaving alone from ppl like nanu, naina , mummy. so whener the manhoos thing pops up in his mind he recalls his lost papa, nanu almost about to die mummy. all the scenes in delhi like standing behind the door and watching his bed ridden mummy with fear, those melancholic words at the studio etc.also sameer kept a distance from the people he loves 4 almost 6 months. i think the cvs were trying to portary manhoos as a deep issue Alas as the track kept dragging like a rubber band the makers seemed to have lost it (could be due 2 various reasons like trp, audience demand for samains romance etc) ultimately towards the end of the track the entire manhoos thing got wrapped up abruptly, presenting it as a silly bewakoof fickel issue / track.

With regards to them being teenagers, agree but then they could have shown a emotional breakdown/ realizatin from sameer's side keeping the teenage aspect intact.In all sameer's emotional scenes his crying is like blah blah teenage type ( remember hospital breakdown love realization scene,l nanu hospitalized and death emotional scenes, delhi when visakha falls ill his emotional scene etc) so keeping the same style when naina confronts sameer they could have shown him breaking down and blurting out his fears or feeling sad on hearing naina's strong angry words thus pondering / realizing his mistake. instead after naina questions him it seemed it had no effect on him and the bell ringing , thappad all seemed disconnected. its like akhir hua kya😆 the flow should have been smooth.

along the way i think the makers muddled up the manhoos track. whether it needs to be shown as a deep issue, siily bewakoof issue or just a stubborn drama from sameer's side. this is a light hearted show,so need to think and execute well before adding serious sad tracks.

also i think ,they were actually in a hurry to wrap the track , thu being trp day they wrapped up all and also started samaina romace, so this new week starting last thu with ipl getting over today it is all samina romace in the hope to push up trp.

lastly tv is watched by ordinary families too much symbolisms etc will not work. anyways, am too unhappy with the abrupt confused ending to the track.

OMG wrote soo much 😲 hope like the track i have not confused and bored you people.

During school time when naina was not being able to go for school trip sameer was in temple asking yes or no when she said yes he rang the bell continuously acknowledging the fact that naina agreed.so now when his naina is angry and he wants to reconcille,so he rang the bell...bholuram ki bholi...ban gayi thi aag ki goli,but bholu manaofy her and also aankh marod her while comming bank from temple.

ghanti scene.. jaane ghanti scene kitne fans ko samjh nahi aaya.. unme se main bhi hu.. main bhi khuchh samjhi kuchh nahi.. per ab mujhe samjh aaya to socha sabhi fans se share kar lu..

Sameer ko realize hua ki uski jedd galt hai.. to usne apni jedd chhod di.. lakin wo ye baat naina se direct nahi kah saka.. ki naina main ne apni zidd chhod di hai ab tum bhi maan jao. Aur gussa chhd do..aur yaha se wapas chalo.. to usne 2 ghanti wala farmula apnaya

.. usne 1st time 2ghanti bajai.. naina ne koi react nahi kiya.. 2nd time ghanti bajai... to naina ne aakar kud 2 baar ghanti baja kar ye kaha ki main abhi bhi gussa hu..( aap sab ne dekha na jab naina ne aakar ghanti bajai tab sameer toda sa naraj hua.. kuyoki naina nahi maan rehi thi esliye)

Sameer baar-baar ghanti bajata reha.. ki naina ab gussa chhod do.. wapas chalo.. naina baar-baar ghanti bajati rehi..nahi main abhi bhi gussa hu.. per sameer naina ko mannane ke liye ghanti bajata reha.. naina ka gussa chala gya aur usse hassi aa gai.. tab sameer bhi hasnilga.. aur sab thik ho gya..

This makes sense but still what made him leave his zidd behind is not clear atl east from the way it was executed.

(1) Hum sab fans yahi soch rehe hai na ki ye lucky-unlucky track ek dum se kaise khatam kar diya.. kam se kam naina sameer se kahti ki sameer tumhe mujhe dur jana hai na,to thik hai main tumse, tumhari jindgi se hamesha ke liye dur chali jayunge.. kabhi baat bhi nahi karungi.. tumhare pichhe bhi nahi aaungi.. etc.. phir sameer naina ko asa karne se rokenga.. aur apni jidd chhod dega..par esa nahi hua..

Per mujhe lagta hai ki jo hua wo sahi tha.. sameer naina se pyaar karta hai.. wo khud ye chahta tha ki naina usse dur chali jaye.. naina khud use dur jane ki baat kah kar use mana nahi sakti thi.. naina ko uska wo darr dur karna tha.. jiski 1st koshish usne regging ke baad ki.. 2nd koshish usne thapad ke baad ki 3rd koshish usne mandir main ki.. baaki ka kaam uska missing hone ne kar diya.. naina ko kuchh ho na jaye wo hamesh surkshit rahe yahi soch kar wo usse dur tha.. naina ke missing ne usse ye assa kara diya ki wo naina se dur nahi reh sakta..

Naina ne sameer ko ye bhi assas krwaya ki tum mujhse dur jana chahte ho.. to tum mujhe bhool jao.. per main tumhe nahi bhulungi.. main tumhe nhi chhodugi.. (naina to apne dream main bhi sameer ko chhodne ki baat soch bhi nahi sakti.. to use real main kahna to dur ki baat hai..) khud choodne ki baat kase kah sakti hai..

(2) Sameer kase manasameer ko assas hua ki naina ki life main jo galt hua. Wo hua jarur lakin sab thik bhi ho gya tha.. yani mujhe darne ki jarurt nahi hai.. sab thik hoga.. jo hoga dekha jayega.. naina to mare saath hai.. ye sab naina ke baar baar ki koshisho se hua.. sameer apne dar se jeet paya..

As I see Naina was very upset when she came to know that Sameer was there in the dance competition, saw how frantically she was searching for him, still did not come to meet her. And since then Sameer's behaviour towards her was different. So it was not a one day or one week ka fear, the fear was deep rooted. That's when her faith in their love got a jolt. She was disheartened that Sameer might forget her, live his life without her but she can't think of living without him. And then she disappeared. Sameer got disturbed by Naina's losing faith in their love and subsequently worried by her disappearance.

In that turmoil, Sameer found her in the temple and got angry. When Naina doubted his love, Pyaar Hogan Toh Pyaar se bologna na, it fuelled his anger and he immediately blurted Pyaar hai'. Lekin, the fear again was taking over his love. Now NAina gave a final blow to quell that fear, it was a make or break thing. She said Jo Pyaar karte hai woh darte Nahi and jo darte hai woh Pyaar kabhi Kar hee nahi sakte. So according to this logic, if Sameer had truly loved her, he would not have had the fear. And those who fear can never love. She cleverly made love and fear mutually exclusive.

Sameer, a teenager madly in love could not take this that his NAina is saying he never loved her. To prove that he loves her he had to let go of the fear, the fear of Manhoosiyat. Once he discarded the fear, he wanted to convey it to her and what better way to convey than ringing the bell in their signature style.

Thanks Bhawna for taking time out to explain this. whatever you say makes sense. But the point is that this is left for audience to decode. It was not conveyed through the execution and sequence of events. After slaps when Naina goes missing and Preeti rushes to inform Mundit, Sameer seems to unaffected with the confrontation which followed the slaps..

We say simplicity is the USP of our show, but with so much to decode, where is the simplicity left??
