M such a positive person ... but ur post has given meee too some fab ideas

Add to them
1) watch a comedy series , friends even
2) caress a pet , dog or even a cat
3) dance on punjabi songs !! I have tried it worked
4)eat with hands, it worked tooo
5) just deep breathe below a tree
6) write a letter , plain letter and adress that to God
It works miracle
7) shop ,,, i dooo that soo much
8) watch dear zindagi.. ( m doing that abi:) )

Wonderful ideas Minu...!! 😳

I am an extremely patient and optimistic person... It takes a lot to disturb me or stress me out... so usually I am not doing any of these to ignore negativity or to relieve stress... but it is more like a "me" time...

- I enjoy going for long walks... or even solo hiking on weekends...

- I grab a book, my sunscreen and a beach blanket and go to some secluded corner of beach to read my book in peace... benefit of living in HK, lots of beaches and none are difficult to reach.

- I love cooking, that is always one thing that soothes me... experimenting my own recipes

- I sketch and sometimes paint...

Plus, these days I am so busy working on my stories, that I hardly pay any attention to negative posts... Usually, I am browsing through daily analysis posts or the posts with interesting topics... 😃

And still, if I have some "vella" time... apna bakbak ghar to hai... chat house is best..! 🤗

Infact when I get free tym I feel walk around, read book , listen songs.. baki sb b try krungi krne ki..

I absolutely love all the stories written by Minu (TereLiyeMinu), Surbhi (Samaina_1990), Kshithi (Muggle_Diaries)... They are my personal favorites... but there are many good reads by braveheartdoc and WeRockTheWorld as well.. 😊

I also have another story "Always and Forever"

Enjoy reading.. and do try to comment on the stories you read. It boosts the morale of writers... not necessary to add in a paragraph, just few words are enough.
