Contrast characters: Shanti mam and Kumud mam, when Shanti mam is ready to leave her job for her students' well being , Kumud mam's ego is not ready to accept the fact that Naina was correct in her decision not to participate in debate and saving Nanaji's life. When she said that, go to your Shanti mam who does laad pyar to you, shows professional jealousy between colleagues. Kumud mam is not happy with Shanti mam's popularity in students. This is so real. Actually, I have seen teachers like Shanti mam and also teachers like Kumud mam in my life too. So realistic portray of characters. Great episode.

Yes agree with you . There are teachers who want students to blindly follow them and become defensive on being questioned. Also you rightly pointed out, professional jealousy could also be one of the reasons why she was so rude to Naina. Plus the principal had reprimanded her in front of the school for hitting Naina without knowing the reason why she was not present for the debate competition. So I think its all a bottled up anger that must cause her to showcase her superiority. What a wrong example to set in front of students. Elders who accept their mistakes in front of kids and try to change themselves are very rare to find.
