Hey people, I'm here with another update of this story. I'm sorry I'm very late, but I wasn't feeling well yesterday. 5 baje uthna, then exam, then coaching classes..I was so exhausted! But, I hope you all like it.
Part 2
"Naina, open the door!" Sameer was banging the door since last fifteen minutes, while Naina seemed to completely ignore it.
"Dekho Naina, ab agar tumne darwaza nhi khola na, to main..to main..Shalu aunty ko bula dunga," he tried to threaten her.
"Dhamki de rhe ho!!" Naina finally spoke from the other side, "ab to bilkul nhi kholungi!" She was enjoying her little revenge on him, for irritating her.
Sameer then heard Shalu Masi's room door click open. She had come out of her room to get herself some water. Sameer again bangs the door.
"Naina, Shalu aunty hall mein h. Mujhe bahar dekh liya to sau sawal krengi. Plzz gate kholo.. Naina!!" He whispered so that Shalu Masi doesn't hear them.
"Jhoote!!"
"Arey, nahi..aunty sach mein hall mein h. Plzz darwaza kholo, Naina!!" He pleaded.
"Accha thik h kholti hu," she finally agreed. "Lekin ek shart par!!" she added.
"Arey, sab manzoor h, ab andar ane do."
Naina opened the door n let him in. He sighed in relief. He was moving towards the bed, when she spoke up.
"I think I let you in on a condition!!" She crossed her arms.
"Ise yaad h" he muttered n turned towards her. "Bolo kya shart h?"
"Hmm..zyada kuch nhi h.. tumhein sirf meri har baat sunni hogi!!" She stated casually.
"Thik h. Waise bhi wife ki baat to sunni hi padegi." He teased her again.
"Plzz don't get started now. That's irritating." She was too sleepy to argue with him.
"Ok, waise bhi mujhe neend aa rhi h." He yawned and moved towards the bed, again.
"Arey lekin soenge kaise? Iska solution to mila hi nhi." she thought for a minute and then added, "pillows ka bridge bana dete h.."
"Waise uski koi zarurat nhi h, mera khud pe pura control h!!" He shrugged while she rolled eyes at him.
"Shut up" was what he recieved.
After placing three pillows in the middle of the bed, both of them lied down. Naina had closed her eyes, trying to sleep, while Sameer just smirked.
"Btw, main raat ko hath pair chalata hu, to agar by chance tumhari kamar pe hath rakh du to dil pe mat lena." He giggled seeing Naina immediately cover herself with the blanket.
"Thappad pad jaega tumhein!!" She warned him.
He grinned and sometime later, fell asleep.
Next morning, Naina woke up when she heard her phone ringing. It was Bela Chachi's call. Naina answered the call.
"Jai Siya Ram Chachi." Naina spoke while rubbing her eyes.
"Khush reh, Naina beta. Kaisi h??" asked Bela. Although she was Naina's aunt, she loved her just like her daughter. Naina's chacha and chachi had always loved and supported her, even going against their family's elders.
"Thik hu Chachi. Aap sab kaise ho?" She had a smile talking to her Chachi.
"Hum sab thik h. Tujhe na ek news deni thi, Pooja ki shaadi tay (fix) ho gyi h!" Bela happily informed.
"Sacchi!!" Naina shouted, which made Sameer jerk out of his sleep.
"Chilla kyu.." Naina shushed him so that Bela doesn't hear him.
Bela and Naina continued their conversation while Sameer yawned. A bit loudly.
"Ye kaisi awaaz thi Naina?" asked Bela, while Naina glared at Sameer.
"Kuch nhi Chachi, ek billa..I mean billi (cat) hai. Pata nhi kahan se ghus ayi." Naina covered up, while Sameer mouthed 'main..billi'
"Arey to jaldi nikal dena use, warna sara doodh pi jayegi!" Bela instructed Naina.
"Haan, nikal dungi bahar..wo bhi dande mar mar k." she gritted her teeth, looking at Sameer, who had a what-did-I-do face.
"Haan, arey teri Taiji aa gyi, unse baat kr le."
"Nhiii!!" Naina blurted. She couldn't talk to Taiji right now. "Wo..mujhe aaj thodi jaldi office jana h, to Taiji se phir kabhi baat kr lungi..bye Chachi" she immediately cut the call and sighed in relief. Before she could say anything to Sameer, they heard a knock on the door.
"Sameer, Naina, are you up?" came Shalu Masi's voice from behind the door.
"Abhi Taiji se bachi aur abhi ye aa gyi." Naina muttered and moved to open the door.
Sameer held her wrist and pulled her towards him.
"Kya kr rhe ho?" Naina whispered looking into his eyes, which still had some sleepiness.
"Tumhara pillow bridge to hatao. Warna ghar se nikale jayenge." he reminded her of the pillows she had placed between them last night.
"Oh ya!" Naina quickly placed the pillows back in their place and then opened the door.
"Good morning aunty." Naina greeted her with a smile.
"Good morning. Is ghar mein 8:30 baje se pehle breakfast ho jata h. Uske baad agar krna ho to bahar jake krna padega." Shalu informed them, to which Naina frowned.
"But.." Naina began while Sameer interrupted her, "Hum aa jayenge aunty." he plastered a smile and then closed the door.
"Aunty ko jaldi bhejne ki jagah tum unhe rok rhi ho! Jo bole usme haan bol do. Shanti rhegi!" He shrugged.
"Subah subah firing kr k chali gyi" Naina said while making a face.
Naina and Swati were at office. They sat on adjacent desks. Naina was checking some document on a computer, when Swati asked her, "To bata, kaisa rha sab kuch kal raat?" Naina looked up at her.
"Meri suhagraat nhi thi..normal logon ki tarah main bhi so gyi thi." she again concentrated on the computer screen.
"Technically to pati k sath pehli raat hi thi. To hui na suhagraat." Swati giggled. Naina smacked her arm, "ye sab teri wajah se ho rha h."
"Arey sorry bola na yaar. Kitna sunayegi!" Swati pouted.
"Accha chhod. Btw, Preeti kahan h? Ayi nhi kya aaj?" Naina asked as she hadn't met her friend since morning.
"Nhi! Keh rhi thi apni Nani ko movie dikhane leke gyi h. Ab dekhna kal phir boss se behes kregi." Naina and Swati laughed at their friend's crazy antics.
"Accha sun. Office se na kahin bahar chalenge kuch khane. Bohot din se nhi gye." Swati was a foodie.
"Last week to gye the. Tu bhi na Swati." Naina smiled.
After office, Naina and Swati went to a nearby cafe. They saw that Manoj and Sameer were already there, sitting at a table for four. Swati took Naina to the table and she sat next to Manoj, leaving Naina with the only option of sitting next to Sameer.
"Tum dono yahan?" Naina asked and Swati told her that she had called them.
"Tumhein dekhe bohot time bhi to ho gya tha na. Kitna miss kiya tumhein pure din?" Sameer teased Naina.
"Chup kr jao na yaar. Kyu chhed rhe ho use?" Swati said while giggling.
"Maza aata h yaar ise gusse mein dekh k..hot lagti h" Sameer laughed and winked at Naina.
"Main ja rhi hu yaar" Naina irritatedly got up from her seat but Sameer held her hand. Manoj raised an eyebrow at this.
"Achha sorry. Ab baith jao." She sat down and he left her hand.
"Accha bolo, kya khaoge?" Manoj asked the other three.
While Manoj and Swati decided to share a sandwich, Sameer and Naina agreed on pizza.
"Ok, to 4 cold coffee, ek brown bag sandwich aur ek pizza, done." Manoj asked when Sameer added, " pizza with extra cheese."
" I hate so much of cheese. No extra cheese!" Naina stated.
"But I love cheese. So extra cheese dalegi." Sameer argued.
"Tumne kaha tha ki meri baat sunoge.Cheese nahi dalegi!" she was firm on her decision.
"But ye nhi kaha tha ki manunga bhi. Cheese dalegi" he whined.
"Nahi dalegi!"
"Dalegi!"
"Cheese chahiye ya sone k liye bed?" Naina said with a stern face.
"No extra cheese Munna." Sameer's face went emotionless.
Manoj placed the order and came back to his seat. "Btw, tum dono ek hi din mein hath bhi pakadne lage ho! Aur typical couple ki tarah jhagadte ho..ahem ahem..what's going on?" He teased them.
"Going on ye h ki kal humare bich ek deal hui h jiske according main Naina ki har baat sununga." Sameer clarified.
"Kyu? Aisi kaunsi war ho gyi thi?" Swati asked.
"Arey kuch khaas nhi." Sameer tried to avoid giving them an explanation. Naina sensed this.
"Khaas kaise nhi..main batati hu.." Naina narrated the entire story of how she had thrown him out of the room and then let him in on this condition. Manoj and Swati laughed till they had a stomach ache. Sameer frowned at Naina while she smirked. Their order arrived and they enjoyed their time.
"Yaar, tum dono na dost ban jao..warna ek dusre ki jaan le loge kisi din!" Swati joked.
"Dosti..never!!" Sameer and Naina said together, with different meanings.
