Hey Pooja... Totally hear you. I am sometimes forced to think what they are trying to show these days... Ok, we get it that Bobby is mummy's boy, Dadi who considers it her vendetta to harass Sam, Vishaka whose behavior changes faster than a freaking thermometer dipped in boiling water, Rohan who is almost non-existent till now and Deepika who is the odd one out for me... I am not even going to talk about that servant...
We as audience keep trying to find any links between them, possible scenarios that can bring them together or at least give us a final stand of their relationship dynamics. We keep trying to find that ray of positivity in the biggest negative scenario we are facing, i.e. Samaina separation...
I won't say trust CVs... nor would I comment on how the story should be progressing... But here's what I feel -
The balance we should be looking for is not between negativity and positivity... But between Sameer and Naina... This show is all about their relationship...
They are so much in love with each other that if one is in despair so is the other. And this is exactly what is not helping them...
- Sam is raging, trying to fight rules, getting belligerent with Dadi - in short giving every opportunity to the self-proclaimed villains to plot against him. Pull him down even more.
- Naina is sad, lost, missing Sam so much that nothing else matters to her, not even her own studies. She is day dreaming, doing things she shouldn't be doing - like looking at that photograph in hall. She is giving Taiji every opportunity to spot that something is fishy.
Things will not improve at either end until they realize that if one is in despair, the other needs to be strong. THEY NEED TO BALANCE EACH OTHER... That's what love is all about...
And this time this must be done by Naina, because she has a partial support system in her family and Mundit. Sameer is technically all alone. Naina doesn't yet understand / know about Sam's family dynamics, I think that can be addressed this week with the letters.
Once she gets to know that Sameer is so alone, I hope that she will gather herself and realize that until she is stronger, she cannot support Sameer. She needs to realize her love is what keeps him going and she has to do everything to keep that love flowing from her end and for that she should avoid getting caught for silly things by Taiji.
I am not sure how long this track would be... but my hopes are pinned on the letters. Sam didn't tell her about his troubles & grief on phone call. He should share that in letter with her, that would make her realize the condition and situation he is in.
And once Sameer has that constant cheerful love from Naina, the assurance that she is fine, he will calm down and only then will be able to have any kind of bond with Deepika and Rohan. Until then even if they try, Sam won't respond.
My thought is that the Delhi track is not about Somani / Agarwal family dynamics... Its about "Sameer in Somani Evil Land" and "Naina in Agarwal Suspicion Land" - and how they fight together despite the physical distance come out of it stronger and mature than before.
Too long note... that's what happens when I write my thoughts... pardon me...
