[BR][BR]This is what we would like to see.. Sameer somehow has to show Vishakha Daadi's Girgit avatar. That will probably trigger what Rekha said in her post about Vishakha taking 1 step towards Sameer(not that she needs a trigger to show concern for her child), and then He will take 10 steps towards his Mom and then as I said Sameer will stand up for himself and his Mom. [BR]But wonder what the writers have in mind for Vishakha ...

PS: Finally Saajan songs are here...

PS: Please someone explain me that kya humein ullu banaya gaya hai? Bela was supposed to doubt Naina..lekin humein Taiji mili return mein torture ke liye😕

PS: Bobby ka asmani color ka suit dekha kya kisine...eye sore😆

@bold: This was hilarious Zulu 😆

Hasn't Bobby worn that suit earlier too ?

Hi Rekha ! Very well explained as usual ⭐️

TRP high all thanks to you guys only 😉

I agree how the situation might have come across to Vishaka, Vishaka asking Sameer to say sorry to Daadi was not wrong at all. She is seeing what has been shown to her from evil Daadi.

At the same time, I don't think all kids were like Naina-Preeti who were scared to open their mouths in front of their elders and Sameer being one of them. His personality and also the kind of freedom he has had makes him talk back.

Hey Nivi...I am glad you raised the point @bold as it gives me a chance to ramble 😆😆 I completely see your point.
I have said this in the past,...I am true blue 90's youth..In fact I was 18 in 1990, ...I have an 18 year old...and I say this gives me the best seat in the house 😉 Ofc...the point is not whether all kids were like Naina-Preeti or Sameer... Frankly when a period story is conceived, a prototype is envisaged because you have to give some character traits relevant to that time...whether they were relatable or not, the narrative will determine and sometimes, we tend to associate individual experiences to the prototype mentioned, which may not always be correct. For instance, i relate to certain aspects of Sameer's life having grown up in a metropolis and to a few aspects of Naina's life too from time to time. I grew up in a relatively liberal household, could get my friends both boys and girls home ...never had to fear confiding in my sibling about my crushes or boyfriend issues.I will freely admit that it wasnt as easy to talk to my parents about some issues but I never had to fear anything and at the same time...there were many cautionary advices I received from my elders. Yet, no one life is exactly comparable in circumstances to the other, similar perhaps. So, when I hear Sadiya relate some things of the 90s I don't particularly relate to everything as a 90s phenomenon at a micro level but I do at a macro level...
As for airing my views to my elders back then...I had the freedom to argue freely but I don't recall being allowed rudeness while making my points. This is timeless for me..transcends eras

I have an 18 year old and it is a lot easy to talk of things now and our parenting skills have undergone a sea change...all which I feel boils down to evolutionary aspects in society...I may use the nostalgia to recall a certain thing but I never make the mistake of telling my 18 year old..."we were so and so in our times..." becos I know it will not get me the ear I am looking for in an argument. Rather, I would look to persuade and get my kid to see my perspective while accepting her individual perspectives and the differences therein.

Coming back to Dadi...Dadi made all the comments she did but without losing her cool...they hit their target...they were intended to get a rise out of Sameer which they did.. What I am getting at is that at the moment Sameer's mode of dealing with Dadi will only play into her hands as she will be able to successfully drive a wedge into the uneasy realationship between mom and son. There is a faultline and Dadi is exploiting it. Unless, one of them cottons on and changes approach, the winner in this battle is predictable.😡

Having said that...I continue to accept that the Delhi track needs better plot devices without the cosmetic effect.

Hello everyone

Aajkal I'm watching episodes and dealing with it as I would with my little ones😆

Basis being I've a set of expectation from them.

Catg1- they behave way beyond my expectation andmake me super happy. YUD has done it many a times not recently though. Hmmm. Againhoping the phone call will be one.

Catg2- what they do is not to my expectation but turns out they are in fact right. Like the Munna pandit flash back. I really really wanted a Sameer naiNa flashback but I guess showing the difference btwn how he lived in Ahmedabad n living with Rohan in Delhi was important. Glad friendship was given priority. But somewhere deep down still want a Sameer Naina flashback.😆

Catg3- normal. Tum bhi khush mein bhi. Many scenes from yesterday epi. Munna pandit Preeti scenes. Bhains wala injection scenes etc. The voice-over.

Catg 4- they behave unreasonably but then you understand the back story of it like when the kid cries for the sky being blue n not orange or that he/she wants a rainbow the very instant or why the ball comes down when it's thrown up. .Thisis a khatarnak category and you need immense patience to sail through it. You've to understand that the little one hasn't slept the afternoon and that's why the crankiness😆. Most of Dadi n taiji scenes..new addition chugalkhor naukar. I'm just being patient assuming there is some reason behind it. Have no clue when the patience will wear out. Aaj ka full episode😆

Catg5- out n out tantrum and for no reason to be tolerated. No patience left. Rakesh scenes fall under this these days.

Catg6- fun for no reason at all. My little one does that often acts crazy and starts laughing.. Makes me laugh tooo.Bobby's robe, dadi's ear tuck etc

Little somani will probably ask her Sameer bhaiyya -is he is hurt. She has warmed up to him. Won't prick him anymore. Lol. Common point being hating the same food. I'm assuming the girl might have learnt the trick from school. Kids do that although things are pretty strict at home.

I want Sam to apologise to Rohan as well. Probably explain he took his bike to search for a PCO.. he fell and didn't break it on purpose... The reason Rohan would want to help Sameer.

And yipeee they played sajan song.

Too good...Vibha.. sorry late to comment...I am pretty useless in commenting on threads...I end up reading much later and by then the dynamics in the episodes have changed and people have moved on to other aspects 😊

Your categorisation is too good...I have some categories too...My first category is whether to watch a serial at all or not...😆😆

I usually give up some in first week and some in 2 days...😆 loved your catg 5 & 6 🤣 Actually I love the Taiji and Bela scenes...and ofc any time I get bored I go back to Samundit scenes...they top my list of all time fav GO_TO scenes. for me its sorta surreal becos I only look at the main pair in a love story and block the others but here the others are just as compelling at times...😆

Actually ek Catg 7 bhi hai Totally ignore for your own sanity😆

Jaise - Sameer ke katte Baal, kitty gidwani ke dialogues ka bura haal, first names n surnames of all, timelines ka bawaal.

True Rekha- one of the few serials where we go back to see other scenes apart from the main leads.

And what's this synopsis about some Amrita girl helping. Expected brother's bonding. Hmm.. will wait and watch

i wanted to reply earlier, bt couldn't
If we talk about those days, i agree those days kids weren't allowed to talk back to elders the way sameer did... It was considered highly inappropriate... I'm a 90's kid... So i can relate to many things the vo says... Like u said on a macro level...
This is why i felt deepika' s poking business a little odd... She did it not once but twice... May be would ve done it earlier too... Bt noone said anything to her or even tried to make her understand... At that time, we weren't spared if we did something like that.. Bt here they were least bothered and i felt it odd for those days standards.
Now coming to rohan, i can say such teenagers exist these days... Oversensitive and too much pampered... I have a cousin who like that... Crying for small things n all.. Thats because being the youngest kid he's too much pampered and protected... His parents still treat him as a small kid... He's also too much of a mumma's boy and behaves like rohan does with vishakha... This is today's teenager... Bt those days, 15-16 old were treated as grown ups or Atleast weren't this much sheltered... So they were capable of facing the outer world

Arre Vibha, all these spoilers put them under your Catg 7 yaar :)

That's what I do. Sometimes I read and most of the times Catg 7.

Maybe someday she will be able to stand up for sameer. naina needs to control her emotions. I think after the phone convo she will calm down gather herself and use her topper dimag and escape from taijis doubts. In the letter promo she looks cheerful and her old self. So i think this phone convo is very imp for both sameer and naina. After naina becomes her old self i think she will help and encourage sameer to calm down and gather himself up prove his worth in somani household.

Its a waste to talk abt daadi and keshav so i wont go there.
Rohan bhi sam ki company mein normal hona seekh jayega.
I badly want to see siblings bonding ASAP.

Thank you Sakshi for bein gone of the regulars here 🤗and being a TRP contributor 😉😆

Vishaka is getting irritated with Daadi's remarks for Sameer, she has shown that couple of time. Maybe one of these days she will be ask Daadi to stop.

Thanks Surbhi !

I am really annoyed with Keshav, Daadi seems more tolerable.
