SO thanks to observational skill of ''mms1980''.

She pointed out that the wool wale chacha in Naina's gali and the doctor in hospital are same..

Audience sab dekhti hai aur yaad rakhti hai..😉

Fandom never missed anything 😆

The last time remember there was one more person repeated, the doctor who saw Nanu when Naina took him to the hospital and the guy from whom SMP take the newspaper in the balcony scene - both were same 😆

He is a doctor who lives in Naina's building Nivi..samjha karo
