That's what I as thinking too. If Rohan is not biological son of Vishakha, he cannot stake a claim no?
Unless it takes the route of Vishakha getting a share and through her Rohan etcc

Anyway it's Nanaji's wish to who ever he wants to give his property.
But any law friends in the forum can throw light on Somani/Vishakha claiming a share in the property if Sameer is written as sole successor

its not clear as of now... Bt nanu doesn't have any kind of bond with rohan... And rohan sam can't be of same age if he's vishakha's biological son.

Well lets hope Nanaji has willed all his business and property including the house to sameer. Than in that case, Ugly Somani and his ugly wife, can't do anything. They only have to take care of Sameer until he is 18 as under 18 I believe in any country, you need a guardian. After 18, he will inherit the property and come back to take over the business in Ahemdabad. So seperation even if it happens will only be of few months until Sameer turns 18 and is legally able to take over the business.

Also Sumeet and Sashi didn't get married until he was 21. That leaves him to take over the business, take schooling like 2 years. During this time, if they were in delhi or Ahemdabad, they had courtship period. So this could be a very beautiful period of courtship for them before they get married 😆 So we will get 3 years of romance romance romance with struggle and studying😆

Sameer will need someone till he reaches legal age of 18... to b the owner...or take over...

sam's birthday was shown on October... If he turned 17 then, that means he'll soon be 18... So he can take over nanu's business.
