umm... no actually. watch movies like tezaab( song-keh do ke tum ), qsqt( song akele hai toh kya gam hai), beta- (song - dhak dhak) phool aur kaante...just a few examples. amir did kissing scenes in raja hindustani and jo jita vohi sikander.

the thing is, the movies were getting bolder day by day but real life kafi conservative tha.

Maybe not all movies were like that but there were some older movies and early 90's movies were like that!!
