Now that Arjun track coming up I remember...
The episode in which Naina saved Sameer from his dads scooter breaking trouble...She mentioned to him that he trusts him and she knows he hasn't stolen the the papers!!!
Why dint Sameer ask her then that how does she know and if not he who did??? That's where the bet started so wasn't it important...of course it was and thts why It was purposely omitted by cvs to use it at the right time in the story...

this revelation has to be used at the right time so that there is a way for Naina to come back to Sameers life...so it was purposely left there!
And it's not like Naina hid the truth she did tell him that she knows he dint do it!!
She just dint tell him who did it!!
And so
Isn't this best time to reveal this as this will somehow put Arjun and Rakesh on back foot rather than bringing it up earlier!! Every thread in the story has to be used at the right time and I guess for this thread this is the right time!!

Thoughts??

At that time Sam was only concentrating to win the bet somehow. When Naina assured that she trusts him, he simply felt that she is falling for him that's why she is building up trust on him. Itna usne dimag chalaya hi nhi

I feel the same. They have to keep creating twists and bring things together at the right time from the shows perspective.

May be at that time Sameer thought that as Naina loves him madly and trusts him, so she is saying about him not stealing papers all by herself. That she may deduced it all by herself that Sameer can not be a paper stealer. So, he never took any interest in this matter.
