Yes the writer Shashi told that .I have seen that interview.They married at 21 just after getting the marriagable age with help of friends.I am sure this story of the show has many resemblances with there real story like friends ,family strict etc.Also there is huge similarities between the summet mittal & sameer.I saw his interview in a local channel.Also his background like lack of mother brought up by Nanu is same.Till now he is in awe of his wife.Taking continously her name & thankful for her support.

If that is so, then may be naina ke pyaar mein sameer bhi padhaku ban jayega 😆
