Coming to the scene, it was too good. As @Gaby said in the comments tbe heartbeats in the background added more magic. It was more of Sameer's heartbeats than Naina's. Naina was ready and is very sure of what she wants and desires.Starting from the smile he gave on her arrival till the flashes of the bet he was all lost in her and then was brought back to the cruel reality of what he himself started. What will it take for him to realize what she means to him ?

I loved tere mere honthon pe...n those shivering n fluttering glances that Naina gve him...i could relate to that ILU confession as its not so easy to blurt it out.. for Naina its her first time...so for Sam who must not hve even felt what it is to be standing there looking into her eyes with that sheer jolt of emotions rushing in him...I could literally sense his thumping heart beating faster at that very moment ..😳
