I don't think Sam would have a gf becoz if he ever had a gf he wouldn't get irritated to wait. Moreover he is very serious in his relationships with nanu n munna pundit.So if he ever loved a girl he would never let her go. I guess naina would b d first girl to whom he shared his pain
