Don't know if I am thinking too much but I feel naina's heartbreak is not because of bet but I think rakesh sir will be insulted or get hurted directly or indirectly by Sam knowingly or unknowingly.There is only 1 percent chance.

But I read through spoiler news that naina is getting to know that Sammy cheated her like he betrayed her that's what I read I don't know let's see

I am quite sure it's about bet only.. If this heartbreak is about something else then how ar ether gonna reveal bet? That would be second heartbreak and won't have any impact from narratives perspective.. This bet is big thing for story and they need to use it they can't downplay it now.. So I m very sure it is the bet thing..
