I think these two spoilers are related. Considering of Swati's filmy mind, I think she might have suggested Naina to hide somewhere in Jungle when they were waiting for the bus to get repaired. And if Sameer gets worried and show the care that means he loves Naina and Sameer gets passed in the test.

Somehow I can not see cliche hero heroin getting lost track in this show. Its too illogical.
